I have a situation, before i got here in america my cousin co-sponsored with my dad for my papers, and now im a green card holder and petitioning my wife from philippines, he will be co-sponsoring with ME, is that valid that he will be co-sponsoring again for the second time?

its her life. if shed like to work in HK, then she should make that choice.

then she is earning her own money an can be less reliant on her petitioner. i realize there are cultural norms that might factor in, but unless she signed up to be a kept woman, she might wanna take that job.

Perfect, this i what i was talking about, my wife just want to work outside the country for our future, so we can both save money before she gets here.

One thing i really wanna know here is if this plan will help us or not and will this plan will prolong the immigration process. I need an advice.

Hello, i have a question. I have this scenario, my wife is in the Philippines and i filled her a petition to get her in US and got approved, then suddenly she got a job in other country, and her petition papers came while she in the other country, what would be the case of that? And what should we need to do if that happens?
