I got an RFE for Evidence of Employment on the affidavit of support. I sent that earlier but maybe it wasnt enough. So my fiance got her most recent 3months pay stubs and sent back

Nope, still waiting, I spoke to NVC and they said they sent my documents to the embassy though.

Ok, I'll let you know, I'm still waiting for NOA2, the website is not updated and don't have hardcopy yet, but i'll let you know if i recieve the hardcopy.
