ur ryt bout going to DPHQ for the fingerprint... coz i did it there but i vaguely remember if its for my dxb PC or NBI..lol!... but yes, finger print is done there. u would have wasted ur taxi fare if u went to embassy coz they wont be able to answer ur inquiries regarding dxb PC.
