  1. The Consulate will look at, why did you have to marry in HK and there better be a darn good reason for that, an over whelming circumstance. All i know they will run the beneficiary through pure hell and all you can do is watch, you can't even go up to hold hands for support, just watch. I just left there, i know what i'm talking about. I wish you two all the luck possible. I would like to see somebody beat that system there and not a resident of HK.

  2. Co-sponsorship and a public charge is a joke. The Latino's come over here and 1/2 of them are a public charge and nothing happens. I personally know of other nationalities that are here and use the system in good shape and nothing happens to them. The paper work for the government is such a joke they will never know what end is up and whos doing what to who.

Its just another piece of paper to delay the process and they think it works, let them have a ball trying to track all that, yeah right.

  3. You better resolve to the fact that no government official will help any of us. I have been there and done that, they do not care. If it is going to stir things up they will do nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!trust me. They all do like we do look on the computer and give you more BS.

Remember USCIS changes water to wine and nothing will change that.

  4. The Senate, Congressman, Garbageman, Tree Chopper, no body and I mean nobody can make anything happen, trust me I know. Contrary to popular belief, there is nothing you can do, All these government officials do is look it up in the computer like you do. USCIS has its own kindom, they are intouchable, and now its a waiting game. Sorry to break the news to you but I have been there and done that.

Grab a bag of Cheetos and chill.

  5. Contrary to popular belief, the Congressman, Senator, Paperboy, Refuge Collector can do NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING. They can call or look up the info on line and they get the same result as you do when you look up your case on the internet. I have been there done that, expidite and all. These people at USCIS have their own little kingdom and they are not penetrable from any normal person like us. Good Luck to you.

  6. I have never seen so much bitching on a web site as this one. All of this takes time and everyones in a hurry. Look at my time line, you dont here me bitching all the time...........Take a Chill Pill..........it all will happen for you all.

  7. Today I sent in the I-130 packet to begin the K3 process. I double and triple checked everything but as I was browsing the forums afterwards, someone raised a question about K3 vs CR1. Apparently, CR1 only takes a month or so longer and you won't have to deal with AOS afterwards. My wife is from Thailand and she just finished her final year in college. Around this time next year she has to go back for graduation with her king, which is very important to her but it will take a couple months and I will also be going with her. With this in mind would a K3 or CR1 be better in my case? Since I have already sent the K3 packet can I drop that and start CR1?

You dont begin the K3 process with only an I-130. You need to submit the I-129F to parallel the K-3 process with the CR-1.

You DO NOT have to submit the I-129F, whoever says that is WRONG. There is no regulation from USCIS or NVC that says you have to file a I-129F with the I-130. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. I did a lawyer the first time...............$1500.00, what did he do, fill out application from the info I sent him.........what a waste of money.........BLOODSUCKERS..........................now if you run into a big problem. yes Lawyer........But otherwise save your money and do it with the help of VJ people.

  9. I am grateful for Jock’s service to our nation during his tenure at the department as well as his distinguished 25-year career as a U.S. Marine. On behalf of the department, I thank him for his many contributions to really screwing up the whole system. At this time I wish to appoint an unknown contract worker that will really really screw things up for us petitioners so maybe we have to wait much longer than a year. I am looking forward to all the denials I and my staff can perform during the 2009 year. SEMPER FI

  10. let him breath, CM, his case is pending since over a year. that can make anyone crazy. brokenhearted, i really think u should start being agressive with VSC. like be on the phone and get infopass or how they call it every day. that is too long. maybe they lost it or something. is really too long even for them,I think. and is also scarry for the rest of us.

I just sent out 13 letters to the Senate Judiciary Committee and blasted them for such an efficient operation. I have been fighting this for 4 years........................do ya think I'm pissed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
