    Fiancé called 30 minutes ago and we are approved for visa!!! Will get visa maybe next week!!! Wow this AP was really stressful and nerve wrecking. YAY!!! APPROVED!!!

    husband was given 221g for more docs told faster he sends them in via mail the quicker he will get the call back, confused if this is AP or just want docs(which they already had girl at counter gave them to my husband like an idiot...:(

      Hope you guys will get out of this quick. who did the checking of the docs? The American or the Albanian girl? I am under the impression that the documents are reviewed durig the interview. I know that this is a difficult time for you and your husband so stay strong and you will get over this

    Here is my fifth one! On form G-325A "This form is submitted in connection with an application for", What box should I check? I-130 need a copy of G-325A so should I check "Other" and write down I-130 next to the box or should I check "Status as Permanent Resident"?

      you will need the police certificates from every country you lived in for more than 6 months from the age of 16.Good Luck
