We didn't file I-693, because my wife had her medical exam.in cambodia also,and they never asked anything!She received her greencard with no problems

My phone bills don't have any number that i called my fiancee.

i used calling cards.... and it don't even have the number of the calling cards.

i saved all of the calling cards.

any advise?

I had same problem until I found calling card with web site that gives you call history. I use BOSS calling card www.uniontelecard.com It also had the best rates,5 dollar card good for 1 hour and 5 min. Good luck !!!

Here is my situation, my fiance lives in Cambodia, in a town near the Thai border, I tried mailing her some pictures to see how well it works. Well, that was almost a month ago now and she has still not recieved it. I am worried that she will not recieve the embassy packet if the embassy uses the address I gave them. Does anybody have any ideas on how I should handle this to make sure she gets the packet. Any help would be appreciated.

My fiance also lives in cambodia and we just sent packet-3 back to embassy today! What happened was they sent packet-3 to me in the states,with instruction sheet saying mail ds-230 part-1 and I-134 affidavit of support with W-2 1040 ect.to embassay as soon as possible! I filled out everything for her and sent to her to sign using FED-EX took only 5 days to reach her.regular mail takes 3 to 4 weeks normally.

Did you have to request this at the embassy or did they just send it to you?

For the past year, the Cambodian government has had an ongoing ban on marriage to foreigners. It's been debated within the Khmer government many times with no resolution to date. But today, my fiancee had an interview at the US Phnom Penh embassy and she was APPROVED for our K-1 visa!! My fiancee said that she understood while there that they are still approving visas, but only at the interviewers decretion and maybe only a very few who have a lot of proof.

For those who have pending k-1 visa petitions with the US Cambodian embassy, there's still hope!

congratulations!!! I read in the Phnom Penh Post about a month or so ago that the ban was lifted. They were looking at marrige brokers from south korea and taiwan! found no wrong doing, lifted ban. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR NEW LIVES TOGETHER!!!
