My parent’s case was completed on 21/11/2010. We are waiting for interview date, I called NVC last week and they told me that our visa number is available but because of limited capacity of Mumbai consulate I have to wait for interview date. Any one got similar answer from NVC? Does my case be affected by retrogression?

Congrats!!!! As i recall you already reside in the usa and that was the reason why you were hoping to get the visa the same day??

i am reside in Canada not US, but i am also surprised when they offer me same day visa

the report will get ready for Toronto and Montreal both.

I am bit confused regarding my medical, i got my interview date on 15 dec at Montreal.

I am thinking to take medical appointment one week before of my interview at Montreal,

because i have to travel from Nova Scotia. Is it safe that medical done before a week?

One more question is that my wife got interview conformation latter from NVC, but i haven't receive any thing from Montreal consulate. should i wait for interview latter form Montreal

consulate for my medical appointment?

i had interview in Dec, i am immigrant in canada. I have no immunization records even though I got some done in my earlier years in back home. Which are the ones I need to get done now, and what do I do for the ones already taken but have no records. can i get done vaccination

during my medical or i have to done before my medical? and how long will it take?

so i think there is penal of doctor in Halifax.

Hi, every one finally they accepted my PCC from russia, and my file was completed on friday

I know that, the PCC issued by Russian consulate at Canada is accepted for sure, but i send power of attorney to Russian Lawyer and then she got PCC behalf of me FROM MVD in st,epersburg. but my question is that when i send this original PCC to NVC why they do not

accept?

This is my first post in this forum, my wife applied CR-1 application behalf of me in April 2008.

every thing is gone smooth so far, i am at last stage to complete my cause but here is problem come.

i lived for one year in Russia therefore, i need to send PCC from Russia but the Russian embassy in canada is not much help full. I haired Russian lawyer and she got PCC on behalf of me. and i send original PCC to NVC which i got from Russian.

But when i called to NVC to check about my status they told me that they will not accept this certificate, i explain them that its original and i got from Russia then operator told me that he will put note and forward it for answer to their Supervisor.

i am disappoint of this decision what should i do now?
