I am just looking for some advice.

Okay, so now i have my K1 interview, in London, on Jan 23rd and just checking if everything is in place.

I think I pretty much have everything.... and then I start seeing lots of things about I-134 Affidavit of Support forms.

I am pretty sure I read somewhere, before we even started the process, that you didnt need on for a K1 application - Or not till the AOS anyway.

But I keep reading that my fiancee needs to fill one out for my intereview.

So I am just asking if she needs to get one to me or not?

We have never had any documentation or correspondence that even mentions this form....

Why is this process so unclear and fuzzy

Just a quick update - I called the embassy last night and the wonderful Scottish lady told me that my interview was scheduled for 23rd Jan 2009 @ 10am. Wooo!

Rocks - i didnt state anything specific, just March 2009, (which is true)

in that case the interview is probably going to be after christmas. i put january 2nd as my date and returned the packet two days after you. my interview is 15th december, although most people are getting interviews in january now. i can only assume that because i put that date my interview is earlier. if you sent the packet using special delivery it probably got there fine and you just have to wait it out. i hope you hear something soon.

I just saw this topic while browsing.

Congrats on the recent spate of phoning DOS for your interviews.

This has pushed me to ask my better half to phone the DOS and get some info.

I keep looking at the Visa timelines for everyone and getting very nervous as everyone around me seems to have recieved interview dates...... Sent my packet 3 away middle of last month

But hopefully soon!

My first post! YAY

So I have just recieved my NOA2 and am very excited and apprihensive about the medical and interview that will be coming soon!

So a couple of Q's....

1. It asks for your vaccination records - where would I be able to obtain them, (GP)?

2. I am a 26YO male in the UK on a K1 applicaion, so which ones would I need?

3. And I heard that I could just defer them till my AOS?

4. Also, do I need to phone up for the medical myself or will the Embassy do this for me, (Ie. will they send me a letter with my docs saying "please attend your medical at XY and Z", or will they say, "or you can now phone the medical place and make your appointment").

Im getting nervous just talking about it!!!!
