How many months/years required to complete the H1 Visa processing?

Can anybody tell me the visa limit of F1 Visa Category for pakistan? Last year My friend easily got F1 Visa for Student.... Is it true that as ppls knows that Pakistan is outside from DV Visa lottery since last 10 years, so the NVC assigns visa number frequently for those countries who have outside from US VISA Lottery????

I am talking about F1 Visa for Unmarried sons of US Citizen..........

YES, son has over 21 age and petitioner is US Citizen......

Is the son over or under 21? Is the petitioner a resident or Citizen?

unmarried sons of USC over 21 are considered a high priority ??? and it will take one year???

Because unmarried sons of LPR over 21 are not considered a priority. To me, this makes sense as minors, orphans, and even spouses should be higher priority.

why this case is taking to much time???

As a USC they are processing petitions from May 2002

As a LPR they are processing petitions from Jan 2000

So, at a minimum it is a 7 year wait or longer

If petitions files on LPR and after 3 years father will get USC then after petitions upgrade ..... USCIS will consider the previous time frame?????

Did she marry your father before your 18h birthday?

If yes, then she can petition for you.

If no, you have to wait until your father becomes a USC and then he can file for you.

but if more than 18 , so what in this case????

Who filed for him? There's a difference in categories based on whether the US citizen filed for him or the LPR.

If you get your citizenship then it would last less than 1 year. You can apply under permanent resident and later on when you get the citizenship you upgrade the petition.

She got the us citizen in dec 2006, she sponsored my father, and if my father submitted the petitions on LPR. so how long time is required to finish it from USCIS???

Ok, still not much information. Is your mother a US citizen? Has she petitioned to become one and taken the citizen ship test? Are the unmarried sons biologiacally to the mother? Can you give a little more detail about how you'd like to expedite your case?
