hello everyone..please enlighten me ...Here is my case..I got married with my ex husband in 2002, since December of last year we have been living our separate lives.I got my citizenship last july and in august he filed a divorce;he has his own life and I have mine too..this february 2 our divorce will be effective. Now here is my question..I met my fiancé now wayback in highschool..he was my classmate in senior but we never got the chance to be close/acquainted.after graduation,I never heard from his whereabouts..we led our own lives..I got married and divorced..just last September, I was surprised wen I got an invitation from him adding me as one of his friends(social networking site) I was surprised to hear from him..from then on we started to communicate.voicechatting with webcamera..we really enjoyed talking to each other and realized that we are fast becoming more than friends..I'm planning to visit him in January for 6wks. Would I raise a red flag if I file in February 5 while I'm there??please help!!!

I AM GOING TO SEE MY FIANCE NEXT MONTH AND IM PLANNING TO SUBMIT THE WHOLE PACKAGE WHILE IM THERE BECAUSE IM PLANNING TO STAY A LITTLE BIT LONGER TO SPEND SOMETIME WITH HIM,I HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS THAT I NEED INCLUDING 4 CERTIFIED COPIES OF MY DIVORCE DECREE WHICH WILL BE EFFECTIVE FEB. 2, 2009, I AM PLANNING TO SEND THE PACKAGE AROUND FEBRUARY 10.

POTENTIAL RED FLAG:

US divorce followed very quickly by an engagement to foreign beneficiary is often a red flag for consular officers.

AM I OK TO FILE FEBRUARY 10?WILL I RAISE A RED FLAG?

IM PLANNING TO COME BACK ALSO AT THE TIME OF HIS INTERVIEW.PLEASE HELP!HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

what if i do it this way,,what if i send the package to my mom via fedex and ask her to send it via certified mail usps?is that ok?

i have all the papers ready now..i will just bring them to my fiance and since i am staying almost 5 weeks in the philippines that is why i want to send it while im there so it can start the process..im soming back ist week of march so im planning to send it 2nd week of feb..

hi my divorce will be effective feb 2,2009, i believe i cannot file before that,,im going to see my fiance this january 15, and im staying there fo a month,can i send my 129-f package while im in the philippines?im planning to send it jan 31 so it will reach the service center by feb3, would that be possible?is it ik even if i send the package while im in the philippines??
