i filed our K1 after my divorce from my previous marriage (7yrs)was finaled...the effectivity date of the divorce was in february,i filed march..we have our NOA2 now.im planning to go to the philippines on my fiance's interview to give support.my question is what preparations we need to do?

there is no foreign document except for some emails(filipino language used)

can i send back emails with the translations?

as far as i remembered we did not send any filipino emails with our package,,

but just to make sure i will bring translations on the interview.

I have a USC friend who filed aos concurrently for her parents last year around august..they had their ead approved in 2mos..got their ssn and received a transfer notice that they're case was transferred to CSC in September and still pending ,it has been over 180 days but her parents haven't received anything yet.(the last one was the transfer notice) she called the customer service and was advised to wait while they review her parents case...what does that mean???is there any problem??what can she do at this stage?thank you

it says here:

date marital or domestic status ends:2-02-09

warning:neither party may remarry or enter into a new domestic partnership until the effective date of the termination of marital or domestic partnership status.

is it ok to file now?
