Hi Jade, have you decided to go with the DCF and get married and file direct with the embassy in Manila ? I know it seems like a hard process but really it isn't. The visa process was designed for people just like you and your situation. Let us kow if there's anything we can do to help you and your husband and the best of luck to you

Hello Brian & Daneza, my wife forgot to add, you do not send the birth cert with your DS2001 readiness form and DS230 part I you should only be sending the DS230 part I and the DS 2001 readiness form and a cover letter to the embassy and hand carry all other original forms with copies of each hope that helps you -
