By the way, I am applying for a K-1 visa via the I-129F petition. From what I can tell (and from what my lawyer said) these generally go through the VSC in 3 months or so (we're coming up on 2). I see yours is CR-1/IR-1, what is that?

I've been told that pregnancy is given no consideration for expedition (pretty crazy, no?), but I am still trying to work some strings. Any ideas would be great! Otherwise, hoping it goes through in 3-4 months which would still work for us.

Thanks for the welcome! I just joined the site after checking it out for a while. I submitted all documents for I-129F to Vermont on Sept. 2nd, my NOA1 is dated Sept. 4th and I'm hoping all goes through quickly! My beautiful fiancée Sandra is 15 weeks pregnant and we can't wait to be back together!!! Just went to Rio for 5 days!!!
