  4. your wife must contact the District commisoner Police,(SP OFFICE) where she live in the distrcit, not the local police office

on other hand kindly contact the Passport Office in your region for the Pcc from the Passport Office.

PCC totally depends upon which state the person in question belongs to. For me it took 1 month while for someone from Punjab it took only a week. Your wife basically have to go to her local passport and police station and get the format from them.

  5. YOU SHOULD GET THE PCC FROM BOTH GUJARAT AND KRANATAKA. THE INDIAN EMBASSY IS ACCESPTING PCC ISSUED BY THE HOME MINISTRY OF THE STATE, KINDLY CONTACT THE DISTRICT POLICE COMMISSIONER OF THE YOUR AREA NOT THE LOCAL OFFICE WHERE YOU LIVE,(DISTRICT SUPERDIENT OF POLICE IN YOUR AREA-DSP OFFICE)
