My husband has a 2 yr greendcard for k3 visa his ead is expiring this month does he need to reapply in order to work or it doesn;t matter as long as he has a greencard

EAD approved card in Production!

The AOS place is in Alexandria, VA and no I-693

Want to join. My AOS update is on my page . Now just waiting for November 16, 2009 for biometric.

My husband enter the US on k3 visa now we have to apply for I-485, I765, I-1864. I-130 was approved at the same time so what do I put down on I-485 current uscis status? and part 2 applying for permanent resident because a thru h. A. says an immigrant petition giving me an immediately avaiable immigrant visa number that has been approved. and H. says other basis of eligibility.

My husband visa is valid for 2 yrs!

My husband had the interview 06/08/09. Got a call from American Express on 22nd. Received the visa on 06/23/09. But issue date is 06/12/09. Very happy.

Thats wht I received from ur msg of 3:39pm. So i guess save the evidence for interiview.

Both approved same day. Took less than a week for NVC sent to his country embassy. I think VSC moving fast.

It means it was looked at.

Ok K3 approved what is the next process going through K3 want to get him here soon as possible

Thanks I'm literally shaking! Cause I just called them and and it said case is still pending. And just got an email like 10 minutes ago.

How accurate is the timeline for yourself? As my timeline been waiting for over 6 mths now. Leaving the country end of the month. Want to have a approval before I leave.
