  1. I'm in the middle of prepping my packet 3 stuff in anticipation for the big day and have a quick question.

In relation to the co-sponsors tax returns am I correct in thinking I need notarized copies of these or do I need the originals?

If I can use notarized copies does every page need to be done or what?

Ive seen on a few posts now that for the UK embassy I should have the originals of everything that was submitted with the I-129F does that mean my SO birth cert, divorce decree etc or is it just my stuff they are interested in?

    Thanks for any ideas.......

    Hi Nick & Shan,

Are you guys sure you need to do the I-134, the reason I ask is because ou lawyer has told me that it does not apply to us and that we wont need it at the interview stage?? I am starting to wonder if she has given us the correct information as you guys seem to be more on the ball than she is.... she told me that Vern and I dont need to worry about that until I arrive in the states and we are married and then we will get a new set of forms which will include the I-134 so I can change my status there. She told me that only some countries need to do this before or at the interview stage but that the UK was not one of the countries... As I said.. I am starting to wonder why she told me this and a little worried..

  2. My fiance the us citizen has been admited to hospital oringinally with a hernia but they had to operate and remove part of his intestine which was wapped around his bowels. We thought he was out of the woods but they have discovered internal bleeding.I am in such a panic, what can I do?? Would the embassy even entertain an emergency visitors visa, or can I expedite the K1 as he will be bedridden for months. There must be something he needs me now!!!!

    Hi,

Really sorry to hear about your bad news... I know you must be worried out of your mind... Just wanted to let you know that if you are from the uk, you dont need to apply for a visa ot visit the states. the US and UK have a visa waiver program going on so both countries can visit without applying for a visa, its valid for up to 90 days.

    hope this helps..

    God Bless
