I got my SSN in my birth cerficate name. after i got married, i went to SS office to change name. but they require me to have my EAD or green card . When i got my EAD approved, i filed again. now waiting for it for at least 4 weeks.

So your daughter's case is under AR or administrative review. I was on AR too but for police certificate. As far as I know it depends on the volume of applicants submitted. It might take 2 weeks onwards. I know some took 3 -6 months depends on the case

Hello, I got GC in September without interview (I'm a June filer and our case was transferred to California) and I'll fly to Japan to see my family and friends this week. There is still I-94 attached to my passport and it's of course expired in April. What should I do with that? Should I return it to the airline counter when I leave or can I throw it away?

For emails, i just print 1 per month or 1 per 2 months. phone bills i showed it all, photos 6 or more, yes for engagement ring, recipts. But if he/she came for you and meet u in person, nothing to worry cos you have evidences. The pre-screener looked at it but the CO did not focused on it (in my case)

At your K-1 visa interview, I understand you're supposed to bring evidence of your relationship (emails, phone bills, photos, copy of engagement ring receipt, etc.) How much did you bring? Did the consulate officer even look at it or just conduct the interview? Do they keep all the stuff?

Better check your State DMV for requirements. In my state, I got learners permit and now drivers license b4 my EAD.

they will sent you a mail, some got it within 2 weeks or months. after receiving thier mail, you will receive another mail for your biometrics, then for interview. usually EAD comes first b4 green card.
