With I-130 form what I need to submit??

G-1145 form

Copy of my citizenship certificate

Copy of my mother's Birth Certificate.

Fees for $420

Do I need to submit photo of my mother?

Do I need to submit photo of mine?

Am I missing some thing?

Where do I send the application?

Hello All.

Thank you all your help during the N-400 process. My wife had N-400 Citzen Ship interview lase wednesday. Interview went well. She passed the exam all paper were accepted. Interview was in 26 Fed plaza. NY.

After the interview the Judge said, Oath letter can not be given because there is another file found with the same name of my wife.

Judge has to see the duplicate file and then decide.

We did not fiel any other file for N-400.

Did any one had same problem.

What you think? What might happen in our case?

USCIS only asked for copy of Green Card (both side)

Should I send Birth Certificate, they have not asked for it.

I sent copies of wills, power of attorney both mine and husbands, copies of home, flood, auto insurance, copy of a life insurance for both of us as we are named as each other's beneficiaries.

If the interview is scheduled after our kid is born, I will bring his birth certificate.

Any one has experience having problem for sending too much document which is not listed in Naturalization Guide? The following document is not listed in Naturalization guide.

Can I give some additional document with my N-400 application. N-400 for my wife and it based on our 3 years marriage.

Auto policy by both nameHealth Insurace card.Dental Insurance cardCiti and American express Credit card SatementsJob letter from my Job saying wife is Beneficiary.Copy of our IDs showing same address.Mail was mail to us showing same address.Photos of us with kids and friends.In N-400 based on 3 years of marriage do we need to prove our on going relation?

Please help, I need this answer from real applicant.

Hello I would send N 400 for my wife to Vermont S C

She will apply based on marrige we have for 3 years.

What papers we need to send?

Do I need to send Utility bills. Insurance papears ( car + life), Job letter from my employer saying she is beneficiary of my 401K and life insurance, credit card satatement, Id showing both has same address, Health and dental card showing same has same address and all other documents showing both has same address? Do I need send all of these?

Instruction for N 400 says they need:

Photos, Money order, Copy of Green Card,

Birth certificate of chilld, lease, bank statements. Do I send only these or all documents I have.

You need to look at your field office for processing time.

Hello all.

Vermont Service Center had a typo on our I-797 (notice of action) They wrote wrong ZIP code on the letter. It is on our mailing address.

We were lucky we got that letter and went for fingure print. I just noticed yesterday ZIP code is wrong on notice.

I called USCIS customer service yesterday. They made a REF for it. I have the confirmation number.

Do I need to some thing more?

Do I need to send a letter to VSC.

If I need to do so, where do I send it?

What happen is:

I had mailing address and home address on my petition. They put same ZIP code for both address which is wrong. On mailing addess the put Zip code from my home adress.

Home adress is correct but mailing adress is wrong (only ZIP code) home , street and apt # is fine.

We too submitted our I-751 to Vermont around the same time (Sent March 24, 2007 and received by the service center on March 26, 2007). As of today, we have only received the blue receipt of payment (received the week of April 9). We are waiting for the Biometrics appointment to arrive for us as well.

I guess all we can do is wait. Filling out and submitting the paperwork is the easy part. It's the waiting that can get you down sometimes. At least we are waiting TOGETHER as a family.

Let's keep each other posted of our progress to see how soon this process is completed.

I went through vermont in the fall, and yes, the biometrice letter came later by itself. The NOA took me nealy 2 months to receive, and was close to 3 weeks, maybe a month, before I got the biometrics appt letter, with the appt scheduled for about 2 weeks later. Some people get the NOSA and Biometrics in the same letter I belive, or shortly after, but not all!!

You should not have any problem, the AR-11, and I-865 only is a record for them to locate you or the resident alien, if they need to.

Hi all need your opinion.

Is my case difficult to get approve now?

I moved in new home on May 2006 but for got to mail I-865 (Sponsor address change)

My wife mailed in her AR-11 on May 2006 and did AR-11 again on line last Friday.

I have mailed in I-865 last Friday (3/16/07) and USCIS received it.

My wife’s I-751 (petition to remove condition remove) due on March 23 rd.

Questions:

Do think I should wait few days because I just mailed in I-865.

Do you think USCIS will delay my wife I-751 pertion because of missing I-865 petition if they do not accept mine becaue I am late to submit?

What can happen worse?

Just a sheet of paper will do stating at the top I-751 Question Part 3, Question 9, and list prior addresses.

Also in addition to the AR-11 being filed you also need to file I-865 (Sponsor Change of Address)

Is this part 5 only for Childern who is asking remove condition on residence.

Or in general for all child.

Main point is, my child is US citizen, do I have to write her name and immigration status on part 5?

Now I have to answer question 9 on part 3 YES

I am adding an extra paper for it.

Question: Can I attach copy of AR-11 we have submitted on last year just to stay in safe side in case they do not have any record of addreess change.

Is there a way I can find address got changed in USCIS recored according to AR-11 we have submited.

I would list all children even the ones that are US citizens, just indicate immigration status as US-Citizen and A# as None.
