  1. Hi all first thank you for all the prayers and support, you all made me feel alot more confident about the process,

Second..I passed, I was accepted they stamped my passport and now awaiting the arrival of my GREEN CARD!!!

For all the people here going thorugh thisa process, have faith and God Bless, it is worth the wait to be with your soul mate!!!!

I already recieved my Welcome to the USA letter and The NOA for both I-130 and the AOS...so excited.... :innocent:

  2. I WAS APPROVED FOR MY GREEN CARD!!!!!!!! i LOVE IT

Ok interview was a huge success and not a tear, I was in tears when we left cause I was so happy!!!!

He said congrats and stamped my passport and I was sooo happy wanted to do the happy dance!!!!!

It was fun, the poor guy , I think I over did it with proof of a bonafide marriage, I made him look at everything....lol!!!

GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND HOPE WITHOUT YOUR PRAYERS AND KIND WORDS I WOULD HAVE BEEN A WRECK!!!!

  3. Ok I just got off the phone with the USCIS, wow....no comment...heheheh

they said that I may have to do another interview after this one, depending on the officer. Ummm I cannot believe how unorganized they are. They also said that the I-130 has to be approved before they can make the decicion on my Adjustment of Status.. kinda does not make sense to go to and AOS interview when the I-130 is not accepted...are they on backwards mode???

  4. hihihih your exactly doing what I am into right now...I applies for I-130..and actually if you check my siggy and my timeline you will see what I did. I actually bit the bullet and stayed here while I was undergoing adjustment of status , EAD and AP, and as for an attorney..I didnot useone, it is costly and over rated ..if youneed any help just ask ill let ya know what I can do tohelp!

  5. Hi all well my interview is this Wednesday, I am so nervous. I am not that great at talking to people under stress, But I am prepared...

I have put together a folder and photo albums for evidence, from when we started sating till one week ago. That is a total of 96 pictures going to them, I made copies of everything I ever recieved from USCIS, I made copies of everything to do with our relationship, medical coverage and ohh god the list goes on. I think I will bore them to death, I also brought a dvd of our wedding from the pro's that did it and also the family ones, There is nothing I left out...everything I recieved in the mail at my USA address.

Every wedding picture from the photographer, all our plane tickets right down to the luggage tags from trips, itineraries, lol...

    Oh it is crazy.

A list of references of people that can verify our bonafide relationship...

Do you think that is enough.

  6. Hi all just a quick question cause like a few others my brain is in overload mode.

I have received my EAD, AP and now my interview for AOS ( nervous as hell about it) But I have not heard anything from my I-130. If anyone could tell me what to expect I would appreciate it, should I be calling to see what is happening, it says it is at the NVC. But no touches or anything.

Thank-you in advance. And God Bless

You I-485 (status adjustment) cannot be approved without the I-130... It will be done all at the same time at the interview

OHHH, i WAS NOT SURE, OK SO INTERVIEW IS FOR 130- AND aos
