To Bug: They know i have relatives in USA because my aunt introduced me to my husband, and she 's the one is the petioner for F4 .All my family :parents, aunts, uncle is in usa.But i met my husband before they came.

Anyone can tell me should i notarized the timeline again . Also should i wait until my husband come back vietnam in dec to summit. My husband's lawyer advise me go ahead summit as soon as posible. Thanks alot with any your advice!!

As I'm preparing for my fiancee' interview at HCM consulate, I saw your comment in VJ comment's block. My fiancee encountered the same problem as yours. But, we submitted the necessary requested information to the CO and we got the pink slip. All you need to do is to tell your husband/fiance to notarize a thorough timeline, including how'd you guys meet, how long was each stay, who introducted you guys and how'd you propose? Be specific on the details, especially the important dates and times. For relatives in the US part, just gather utitily bills such as water, electricity, phone, and tax returns if possible; you can submit photocopy of these documents but the timeline must be original and notarized before submitting to the CO for review. The CO will review through the requested information that written on the Blue Slip and make a decision of the case and will most likely give you a pink slip!!

Thank you for your info.I will turn in the paper with my husband next week. The timeline we already notarized ,they asked for the relatives in the US evidence such as driver licesen or bills.I will turn in the lincenses.the thing is all my family in US my parents, brothers, aunts...But they came to US after i know my husband.Hope i won't hurt me.

    Congrats!!!

  3. In my opnion, you must do everything you can to stop them send back your paper to USA.Yes you have chance to rebut the decison but only when you case already was sent back to US.It takes almost 1 year or more .So the best thing is right now try to talk to CO to see what happen and try to against all the things they said on your white slip, to prove they was wrong. If can't change ,the get married and have baby.Having baby will be the strongest proof.

    Good luck to you RalphanHanh!!!

  4. Hi Kevin&Tuyen, how is going on? Hope you have good news for us,get pink after summit paper. Please let me know the result,i am going to summit timeline and list of relatives soon. Thanks alot

They issued us another Blue for AP. I have been emailing them for the past few days asking about meeting with a CO and when our case will be complete.

Never go to the Consulate on a Monday. I spent 2 hours waiting to get a Notary stamp and then 5 hours waiting for Tuyen to hand in the Timeline and Relative List.

Hi Kevin, they gave you another blue for waiting for their anwswer?I think another blue isnot a big problem , can work out.Try to talk to CO.and contact to congress, you will get good news soon.I worry alot about my case too, second interview but still nohing good.

  5. Hello VJ members ,i have something confused. After interview, they didn't keep my evidence like Kevin and Tuyen's case.So is it a problem? Is there any diffrent Anyone interviewed before, did CO keep ?.

My husband notarized the timeline so next week i can summit hope evrything'll be good

I submitted the rebuttal package my lawyer prepared from our first case as part of our evidence. The cover letter states that I have repesentation so, that might have been why they kept it.

I plan on bringing our Timeline and her list of relative in the US to the Consulate on Mon. That should satisfy their request.

Hi Kevin&Tuyen, how is going on? Hope you have good news for us,get pink after summit paper. Please let me know the result,i am going to summit timeline and list of relatives soon. Thanks alot

  6. We just got back from the consulate. We got a blue sheet.

Tuyen- list of relatives and friends in US

Me- Sworn and noterized timeline. Dates visited VN, Proposal day, place and time.

They kept the evidence our lawyer prepared. I want to take a day or two to think everything through, but she wants to go tomorrow.

    I'll give more details later.

    :crying:

So sorry to hear about that! It seems your case is the same as mine.I got blue and ask for 2 things llist of relatives and timeline.Stilli haven't summit yet i prefer wait for my husband come here but he said go ahead summit as soon as posible.Good luck to you!!!

  7. So confused!!Should i wait until my husband come to vn to summit papers or should i go as soon as possible? I don't know just worry if the longer i summit, the harder to get visa.Is it true? Can you guys give me an advice ?Also next month 's Chirstmas when the us consulate staff will have vacation?Thank you for all your reply.

To Green/Tran: Are you living in Kansas,My husband's in wichita ks too.

  8. Have your husband prepare the timeline for you if the one you have is not acceptable. But he cannot have his mother be the witness for the documents. That does not help.

Having family in the US does not hurt. But you do need to show that you are using a K-1 or K-3 to marry your husband, not just to come to the US.

You should submit the information as soon as you can. But be sure it is complete and correct.

Thank you for your time.We are married now.Actually before i failed fiance case 1 time and then they didn't let me have visas with my family in F4 case due to the previous fiance case. After that we turn in I-130.THis 's the 3rd time i had interview. But then nothing change,no pink still. And the realtionship with my husband already 6,7 years. That's can't help.Anyone tell me that do i have any chance to get visa this time ?

  11. We're almost ready to submit all of our materials per the CO's white paper; we've been very methodical and even got help.

I feel pretty hopeful. My thinking is that our case is rock solid --what more would they want?

My wife, however, quietly whispered that she doesn't dare be hopeful. She says that she will probably pass out if she gets hopeful and they reject us, again. Our backup plan, of course, is for me to move to Asia.

I tell 'ya, this whole thing is a huge emotional toll.

She has the same feeling with me.don't dare to hope so much.just pray God will smile with me this time. The more i hope, the more dissponted i will get after interview.Nov 14th will be my second interview after 6 years loving my husband. Us consulate always says no to me even they didn't let me come to usa with my parents.I am so despreate. My husband wants to move to vietnam too but he working for aricraft maybe it's diffcult to have that job in Vn.After this interview, ifn't good i may move to Australia for study.

Just share with you my story.Try your best friends .Everything will be ok.
