    husband USC had to relocate for work summer 2008
    we filed concurrently for I130 and K3 Oct 18 2008
    got rejected because not accepted concurrently
    we filed again I130 then K3 in Nov-Dec 2008
    Got NOA2s in May 2009
    dropped K3
    went through NVC in June-Aug
    had interview for IR1 early sept 2009
    have visa for IR1

    i checked you profile today, and i'm soooooooo surprised, you helped me alot when we wanted to sent our petition in january, you are still waiting for an approval and i got my visa yesterday!!!!! uscis is really doing a bad job, how they let people wait so long and give approvals for people who filed later...i'm so sorry, bonne chance et j'espère que tout ce passera
