    We filed in Oct 2008 and our case was transfered to NVC in the month of Dec 2008 and was forwarded to USEM in January 2009.

    Hi. Yes the first notice you will receive is called NOA1 that is from USCIS informing you that they have received your application. Then they will send you a notice too that they received your payment. The NOA2 is the letter from USCIS telling you that your application is approved and it will be transferred to NVC National Visa Center. Then NVC will send you a letter telling you that your ...

      sis ang pag aos for k2 can it be done after a yr.kc masyado mahal pala aabutin i was planning to do it if god permitted us to get there and have our marriage done ok lang kaya na mag file ako ng aos for my children after a yr.
