Thanks for the wonderful tip u are right Hawaiian is the best fare out there right now and i like that u can check in (2) 70lbs that is a plus compare to PAL i used to fly PAL but they are being to greedy with the airfare and the check in Limit (2) 50lbs. Thanks again

Hi there im on the same boat as u my fiancee is 34weeks now she is due around January 20, 2009. My fiancee just had her interview on Dec. 4, 2009 and she passed with no problem she already got her visa we decided to have the baby in the Philippines because its safe for her and the baby. Just to let u know if u need help on writing an Affidavit of Parentage and Physical conception i will be glad to help u. I had to have one notarized that she brought to the interview and guess what they did not even ask (CO) for it. I guess when she saw my fiancee with a Big Belly that was enough proof that we had a serious relationship. Goodluck and Congratulation

why don't u try around January 15,2009 and just check the airlines website that u want to fly on. Right now its very expensive this time of year hope this helps

Here is my situation my fiancee had her Medical @ SLEC last week and they told her that her X-ray results will be at the POE system by the way she's on a K-1 Visa thanks hope to heer from anybody Soon Thanks

If i was u i would check Intend and then write " I intend to support in everyway possible. Furnish room and board as well as finances. I will marry my fiancee as soon as she is back home with me and support her as i would any wife. Financial support with the K-1 Visa." I've read on this forum and some guy actually check I do not Intend and the CO in the Embassy was not going to give her fiancee a visa. So he had to plead to the CO and explain himself but he ended up getting a visa. Hope this helps

Try to call USEM again, ask them if they received your case sent by the NVC. I look at your timeline and we have the same date upon receiving the NOA1 (April 22, 2008). And also ask your fiance if he received the letter sent by the NVC to him because if he has it already your new case number is written on that letter. You can set your schedule for medical exam and interview if you have the new case number which is MNL2008******** even though you don't received your instruction letter that USEM will send to you.

If i was u i would call Dept. Of State 1-202-663-1225 Press 1 and then 0. Make sure u give them your case# MNL*******. They will let u know if send a letter to your fiance. I called today about mine and they told me the letter was on its way to my fiance. Hope this info helps Goodluck Pare

Hi there had a question my fiance is having our baby on January (around15-25) 2009. How do i request for advancement of baby's NSO Birth Certificate? From what i read through the Forums i heard it takes at least 40days to get the Birth Certificate? Is this true? Can anybody help me that went through this situation. Can u expedite the Birth Certificate through NSO? Thanks hope to hear from somebody real soon
