    Have cemar, marriage cert, birt cert and police clearance handy. They took another original copy from me even though i submitted originals to nvc. I suggest padding up on photos and emails/chatlogs lay the stack on the pre-screener's booth and on the interviewer's table so they can see it. They won't ask to look at it but the pre-screener will make notes on how much you have. Know all the dates such us his first visit, days of visits. Know his add in US and his work.

    You will be fine in the interview ... its just a formality .. just double check all your documents ... they have to be complete so the consul will approve of your visa right away or else .. u will be ask to come back and that will be a delay .... :star: :star: :star: :star:

    Hello, has anyone had experience with identification? The file the embassy has on me lists me without my middle name, but my passport and NSO have my middle name listed. Will this be an issue for me? My interview is on this tuesday.

    In the forms that u will fill out, put all your real and legal names... the same name that appears on your passport... they will follow that correctly ... GOOD LUCK TO U.. Just relax dont get nervous in your interview ... its just a formality thing ... you will be approved of your visa .... get everything straight now, pack your things coz ..... u are bound to spend the rest of your life with your BELOVED >>> GOODLUCK AND CONGRATULATIONS!!!

    So I am a Canadian citizen and my fiance is an American citizen. I came here on Sept. 30 and he proposed to me yesterday (Oct. 1) so I'm getting my petition ready. Question 12 it says:

    If your fiancé(e) is currently in the U.S., complete the

    following:

    He or she last arrived as a:(visitor, student, exchange alien,

    crewman, stowaway, temporary worker, without inspection,

    etc.)

    I'm a visitor

    Arrival/Departure Record (I-94) Number

    I never got a I-94 since I drove and I'm a Canadian citizen

    Date of Arrival

    (mm/dd/yy)

    Arrived: Sept. 30, 2009

    Date authorized stay expired, or

    will expire as shown on I-94 or I-95

    So I'm staying here for 6 months (180 days) unless I have to attend my interview in Montreal.

    So would I put March 30, 2010 or is this section only for people travelling on plane or people in visa waiver programs.

    Please help thanks

    if you are already here in the US why dont you just get married right away and report your marriage to CIS... thats more convenient and faster ... GOODLUCK GUYS :luv: :luv:

    I-129F Money Order

    I sending my petition on monday evening.I want to send payment by money order,but I told that the max is 300.So ,Will it be okay I have 2 money orders?I think one money order is 300 and the other 155 payed to the USCIS.I'm not sure !!I never used a money order before and I don't know if this will create a problem.Is there a diffferent type money order beside western union that allow me to send full 455?Any help is great.Time for Bed.

    You can just send your personal Check... pay to USCIS ... thats safer and more convenient for u ... GOODLUCK ... :luv:

    129F question 18 Overkill?

    Hey guys, I've just finished getting my petition together and ready to mail it tomorrow. I was just wondering is a page and a half single spaced overkill for the 129F supplement? Also are 14 pictures too much to include in the packet?

    I've just been following the K-1 Guides on the site and I swear Ive checked every form at least a thousand times but can I just use some airplane tickets from when I went to Korea, and a Certificate of enrollment from the school in Korea that was attending this past summer to learn Korean as proof of having met?

    Finally is it really necessary to include proof of an ongoing relationship if its not one of the requirements for the 129F? does uscis even check for that?

    Your pictures are enough evidence to show that you have met already and thats the most important thing u should prove.. better if your photos has date stamps also, receipts of hotel, restaurants, shopping etc... plane ticket is a good evidence as well ... Just remember to keep all your original documents with you, just send all the Photocopy, preferably colored photocopy. It may cost a lil more but its worth it, for the one you Love ... the Proofs of on goin relationship ... your fiance will have to prove that to her Consular Interview later on after approval of the petition ...     HELLO everyone ... how do u know when your application for EAD has been approved and your ID been ordered? i have submitted myself for Biometrics and Picture taking but i did not get any email or notice that it has been approved ... its already been 2 weeks ...

    I RECEIVED MAIL FROM THAT I HAVE TO APPEAR FOR INTERVIEW, BUT IM CONFUSED ABOUT THAT PAPERS COZ THEY KEEP RE SENDING IT BACK. DID YOU GET UR MEDICAL AGAIN THE I-693? COZ SOMEBODY SAID TO ME THAT WE DONT HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN COZ OUR MEDICAL AT ST.LUKE IS GOOD FOR ONE YR, BUT THEY SAY ALSO THAT WE HAVE TO RE-DO AGAIN NOW ITS DESIGNATED DOCTOR FROM USCIS...DID YOU HAVE YOUR MEDICAL HERE AGAIN?

    i did not have my medical check up done here in California but i had a Civil Surgeon updated my medical record that "I-693". it is a requirement coz he has to sign in that document and your immunization has to be evaluated also. Even in St. Lukes they told me that i have to have a follow up of my medical when i arrive in US. There are people here in VJ telling me that its not needed and some of them can get away with that but i dont want to take a chance so i just did what is in the USCIS website ... i hope everything with your paper work, with my case i am waiting for my EAD... i already got a job but i dont have work permit ... it is so frustrating :crying:

    hello ... i wonder why some people here know weather their EAD has been approved and their Cards has been ordered ... i have had my biometrics done in Sept 19 and i havent heard about my EAD yet ... today, Oct 1.. i got an appointment letter for the interview for AOS ... how do i know if my EAD has been approved?? its been almost 2 weeks and i havent heard about my EAD ... any help will be appreciated

    My question is I called the manila embassy to make a appointment for interview but they are telling me that St.Luke will make appointment once the test is complete... which is start of june.

    Is this true or am i getting run around???

    I already mailed the I134 with it notarized... and w2 2008 and my tax return 2008 and a letter from my company with company head (on paper) stating my job and salary and lenght of time there (but its like couple months old)

    Well I kept calling the NVC and the machine keep saying they show no record.. and today was 1 week after getting my NOA2 in mail... so i called again and spoke to the operator... and well he said it was already mailed to Manila US Embassy yesterday.. :dance:

    So I got the MNL case number.... and I guess all the next steps is hers....

    After reading the forum im guessing she should start calling the Embassy and getting Interview date and setup the medical??? wow all this stuff is just happening so fast... :star:
