I was wondering if anyone has gone thru Jamaica for a 601 waiver and if so what was there experience

but guys, that's what i did with my petition, i put my husband's last annual 2008 income and uscis didnt question me about it, and now i passed. well, all up to you sunshine, i'm just sharing what i did. and USCIS didnt say that i wrote it wrong or informed them wrongly.plus i just had my interview last week, i was given a 10 year visa.

My husband is currently un employed and i am typing the I864 for him how should i answer section 6, #23 . should i put his current annual income as 0 or do i put the gross income of 2008

My Husband does not have his copy of his 1099 for 2008. It seems that his tax preparer has gone out of business and his old employer is taking so long to give him a copy. Can the Tax Transcript from thr IRS be acceptable or do they actually need a copy of the 1099

My mother in Law is going to be a joint sponser because my husband is currently laid-off. She is the only one in her household. Will my husband and children also be considered in her household size or just me? (They do not live together)

Did you speek to a NVC officer and give then both of you email addresses? The NVC now send all instructions and form via email. If you did not do this then call NVC press 1 then 5 and speak to a officer.

I used the barcode creator listed in the guides and had no troubles. Yes it is small.

I created a barcode using the barcode application going by the specs given in instructions but it still seems too small. If there is anyone who has used this, is it suppose to be this size

I called on the 13th of this month and made an inquiry at which piont I was told that I should hear something within 45days ( Yeah another month and a Half) Go Figure
