Sorry the messeage said they have reviewed my packet which is I864EZ and have sent me a check list for missing or incomplete financial evidence.

Thank you very much indeed I realized I did not include page 5 of form I864 but thought it will not be an issue as there was nothing to fill there

and also no signature ws required.

Do you thing this might generate an RFE or just a message.

I am now waiting on the DS 230 and required documents but received an AVR that the NVC has sent me a letter for incomplete or missing financial document.

Someone please let me know if anyone has had this message before and what it might be.

Did the message say specifically that it was something missing/incomplete in the FINANCIAL? I had a message about something missing/incomplete, but it never made a reference to financial.. ?

This is exactly what the message said "We found info missing or incomplete in financial papers.. and sent a checklist....

I recieved this message from the NVC AVR, Is anyone familiar with it.

At the moment they have reieved the I864 and waiting on DS 230 from my mom

Iam the Petitioner and the agent as well.

Since you are not bringing a spouse, no marriage certificates will be needed. Since you did not petition for you father and therefore is not an intended immigrant, I do not know why a death certificate would be needed.

Does anyone know if I am required to turn in my marriage certificates for all previous marriages for myself. Also my father died in 2002 does she need to turn in a death certificate?

My colleague has been sick since late Aug 2008 and will be filling form I864 for her sister, her income for the most recent tax year was

way over the 125 poverty line. Will a letter from his employer be okay in addition to the W2 and tax return or he needs to add pay stubs

I am filing for my mother to come to the US, I am at the point of sending form I864EZ.

Has anyone ever filed a form I-693 for a minor before, I am in the process of filing form I-485 forMY 9yr old son who is up to date with his vaccinations.

Can you clarify a few details?

1) Was he born to you? If so, was there a reason you couldn't do a Consular Report of Birth Abroad to get his US citizenship?

2) Is he currently in the US? If so, what is his immigration status?

Yes he was born to me biologically and he came here as a visitor.

I am just waiting for a visa number from NVC as his I-130 has been approved.

I am a US citizen who has my 5yr old british born child with me for the past 1yr. I petitoned for him to live permanently here the USA by filinG form I-130

I received a form I797 notice of approval in the mail yesterday. I do not want him to go back to the UK for his interview.

Please advice should I wait to hear from NVC or I should just go ahead and file for form 1485.

Also will he require any medicals?
