    Click on example forms, they have the forms already filled in which makes it easy for you to work out what information is needed

    Also examples of all the letters so you just copy them and change the names

    Thank god for VJ and friends

    wow thanks i guess i didn't look hard enough

  4. Below is taken directly from the instruction portion of the I-129f. If you can not meet in person, due to customs/culture - be prepared to show proof of that. :thumbs:

    2. You and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e) entering the United States, and are both free to marry, and have met in person within two years before your filing of this petition unless:

    A. The requirement to meet your fiancé(e) in person would violate strict and long-established customs of your or your fiancé(e)'s foreign culture or social practice;

    If i can't meet in person how would i show proof of it?

  5. Hi :)

    As you said, you have read many forums on the meeting requirements and know that it is going to be extremely hard, if not impossible, to get your fiancee here on a K1 without the meeting.

    My suggestions:

    1. Meet in a third country. You do not have to meet in Morocco, go somewhere else.

    2. Get married (Morocco or somewhere else) and file a spousal visa

    Good luck.

    Thanks for the help but her father would never alow her to leave the county.

  6. I have known my fiance and talked to her for a long time now we met threw her brother who i met on a chat room. I am an american citizen and i am in the military. I am about to start to file the I-129F but i have read many forums about this discusion and i am very discouraged now. My fiance is from morocco and she is muslim her culture does not allow the females to talk to there future husbands. The husband has to go threw the father and the father and mother decide if the male is right for the female. I have talked to her in secret for a long time and we have talked on messenger all the time we are really in love and wanted to get married so i asked her father and they discused it and have agreed to let us marry but we still can not meet but i can bring her to america to marry. I am very dicouraged now and don't know what to do. Also i have thought about going to morocco and meeting her in secret so that we could do this but ounce again i am in the military and my leave to go to morocco has been denied because of terrorist activity there. I would appreciate any help thankyou
