Hello. I have a quick question. In the instructions for the I-751, its says that i need two completed fingerprint cards (FD-258). But then im looking at everyones posts and no one it seems is sending the FD-258. Can you please tell me ASAP (cause i only have 1 month left to file) if i need to include it in the I-751 application. Thank you

So my wifes K1 expired a few years back and we just filed AOS a few months back and just waiting. She had her fingerprints done a few weeks ago. She wants to go to college to take some english classes but when we're registering its asking us if she is Permanent Resident or Refugee? and if so provide alien registration number. She has A number but im not sure what her status is at the moment, can she legally take the classes at college or do we have to wait for green card or work authorization? Thank you

Hi, I feel absolutely terrible at the moment. Been looking for NOA2 2 days straight and its gone. Had it on my table 1 week ago and now its gone after my wife cleaned the room i guess. So I've been at it for 2 days without any luck and so i have everything ready to file AOS but missing NOA2. What do we do, please someone help. Thank you

Hello, i need this answered urgently please. I've gotten K -1 visa through a laywer and paid him 1k, now when i called to do AOS, he's asking 3k more. So i wanna do it myself as i barely have enough $ to pay the 1k fee's.

I didn't fill out tax return for for 2005, 6, 7, but did for 2008 with 12k/year income. So i don't have any tax returns to put in with my I-864. Im waiting for my W-2.

My wifes I-94 expires in 12 days and i need to know if im going to be ok if I apply for AOS later in a month or 2 when i get my W-2. ( i do have a co sponsor)

please tell me the best way to go about this. Lawyer told me that if i got married within 90 days then wife can stay here legaly in the country for as long as whe wants because she's a wife of a citizen and was married within the specified time of 90 days, but i read here that you have to apply for AOS right away so that you don't have any problems. Is there any one out there who has applied after 90 days for AOS and had problems ? or is it ok for me to fill it out later? Thank you very much and god bless you all!

It was a personal choice because I use my maiden name for work purpose and it also carry some kind of history.

can someone please just tell me if i can change my name now? for social security? She'd have to apply for AOS with new last name... What about her old passport? will she be able to go to ukraine with her passport with maiden name but legally have my name?

I have gotten to make a date of Interview!

Girl with name Victoria called me this afternoon ( She promised me yesterday that they would call me if they receive my number) and said that Call Center had received my Kev number and I would able to recall them and make the date of Interview. I called them by Pin-card and they did me appointment of Interview, so my date of Interview November 6!

I'm so exciting and happy!!!

Ana, I sure you will receive packet a few days, by Friday you will have the date of Interview also!

I've called to Call Center also today, nothing new either, girl said that they confused also because they didn't receive any Kev numbers during last week, she said that they have some kind of delay.

I've received Information package by regular mail today!

My paperwork are almost have done, but they really sent it to me.

Hello Alya, i am wondering what you mean by information package? packet 3? What really sucks is that they don't have an answer explaining whats going on. I understand if they're backed up or something but not knowing whats going on is making me nervous... Plus this really sucks waiting each day more and more...

Yevgenij , we didn't even get through today I did receive an email from the embassy saying we can call next week to schedule. I guess we'll try tmr again. The lady you've talked to clearly has no clue, while they can take up to 2 months, generally it is 2 weeks or less! To track it use EXP 30 SEP 2008A as reference and than pick date range September 30- October 2. It should show up.

called embassy, we are still not in the system. Ana how did you get the tracking # for the DHL package to ukraine from NVC?

Because i spoke to the woman in Kiev embassy and she's like well it takes up to two months to it processed from NVC and i told her that NVC already mailed it and the embassy received it on the 3rd. and Then she says then i can't do anything right now i don't know why its not in the system. Not helpful at all.

Lets try to think of what to do... I emailed embassy and they don't reply back....
