My wife and I didn't have the money to send the forms within the 90 days, we ended up doing it about 2-3 weeks later - we put all the correct dates down and my AOS was approved in something crazy like 60 days, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Saying that every case is different, try not to leave it too long!
