    ATTENTION ALL VISA APPLICANTS!!!!!

    If any of you are looking for a K1 or K3 visa attorney to help you with any forms etc, do not use the lawyer Calvin Knickerbocker of Sagaria law. I hired him as my visa lawyer and payed him $500, and he never completed my visa I had to do it myself. So he took $500 for nothing and wont pay me even part of that money back.

    OMG!!! I nearly fainted when I saw this thread. If he is the same Calvin Knickerbocker from Oregon then he IS the lawyer my fiance hired for our K1 visa. We have filed, I believe, last month September '08 so we are just in the first stage of the process. What should we do?!? : :(

    if you feel that strongley that he isnt doing what you are paying him to do.write a letter of complaint to oregan state bar (you can find the address and details online).they will bring this to his attension. the more people that complain then something should be done.

    Would paying for an Immigration lawyer/attorney be worth our time? Would it help organize it and make sure the process is done correctly? Also, does it help speed up the wait?

    If so, what immigration lawyer/attorneys do you recommend. How did they help you?
