    You're not alone with your situation. I got approved on Oct. 14 and sent it twice and still returned by the post office to them and they re-send it again on Dec. 31, I haven't gotten it yet until now.

    Where are you in Massachusetts? I have Filipina friends in MA, they arrived in US just last year.
