  1. I think we had a good reason why i did not show up during my appointments but it does not mean that i wasn't serious about my marriage or in our relationship. When I had my first appointment my husband was here in Philippines and he resigned at his job and believe that he will stay here for good but he wasn't in good shape after 10 months to stay so he decided to go back in U.S.A (we lived together for 13 months) The medical exam was already paid in BPI, i know it was a waste and it hurt me a lot but we are having a problem about money so that was the main reason why we had to cancel the 2 appointments but I hope there will be another chances for us. We are almost 9 months apart from each other since he left , i hope the embassy will understand. But right now I am studying and i have almost 8 months to go before my graduation day. My husband want me to go and visit him during my semestral break this coming october, so we are planning about visitor/tourist visa would it be possible? I will only stay atleast 2 weeks and back in phils to finish my school and if so does anyone could give me all the details if what are the requirements or documents needed???please help

i dont think visitors visa is possible.. we tried that before when i was still in PI and we were just trying to decide whether to stay in manila or just settle down here in the states but the US embassy said they really dont give tourist visa to american citizen's spouse. :-(.. so sorry bout that.

  2. If it's not a crime, what else can you call it? It's so evident that she's been having relationship with other man while she's still married and that's adultery, and adultery is a crime. Of course we cannot judge her, i'm just voicing out according to the evidences that was revealed online. We can't read other people's heart. I know it was wrong when i said 'i think she's an assh0le', just got carried away, sorry 'bout that. Reading all these news about her got me really mad.. hahaha! Affected ang lola mo..

PS: not upset at you, just upset at what this woman did.. hehehehee... ;)

Knowing the other side of the story or not, the only truth that we could see here that really pisses us all off is that this Pinay's been having a relationship with other man while her husband was here in the philippines dying. How could anyone justify this situation??? She married a guy who's waaaaaaaay older than her. She should expect that her married life is gonna be different from other couples out there. She looked for another man and started a relationship with him, this clearly shows that SHE FOOLED HER HUSBAND, USED HIM, BETRAYED HIM. Now, who could ever justify that? What she did is a crime and she should pay for every little bit of her foul actions. She deserves to be DEPORTED. For me she's a BIG assh*le.

None of us can judge her, though we all can see the obvious...But she certainly will pay for the price of what she did...Peace:)

Why her husband died? because he is too old and its time, or he died because of the desease?

We only heard one side of the story...perhaps the Filipina husband while spending his time in Philippines has a mistress (while he was not sick at that time) and the Filipina wife was mad at him and desided to have a Filipino man herself and flew to the US.....however I , agree that the wife was very heartless did not take care her husband while he was so sick at that time.

you might be right or wrong. Some people can twist stories!!! So people stop making comments as if you know the whole story!! Its sad story but who knows why? We all dont know what the story behind.

  6. In my experience, the doc asked me if i had vaccinations before. She never asked for a proof. so i got the same question, kelangan pa ba ng vaccination record since they never asked that from me.

hi everyone esp. those filipina fiancee applicants who did it good during the medical examination...

i have a question regarding vaccinations..is it being asked by SLH doctors as to what kind of vaccination/shots u already got during childhood? as u know i was born in 1975 and i went to the local health center in my place to get my vaccination record but was frustrated to find out its not in their file anymore considering its 3 decades old...have u got same experience like mine? and what did u do, what were u told to do and how did it go during ur interview at the hospital? by the way, i had 2 shots taken last month and im planning for another shot (flu) this June because everyone is goin crazy over the swine flu issue which is for me a serious matter..so i think it'll be 1 of the major types of vaccination to get now...

I will appreciate if u can give me MORE info regarding the medical and physical examinations u had... i just wanna be ready and confident when that moment comes...thank you so much for ur time in replying to my post

more blessings to u and wish u good luck in ur married life...

    lane and daisy

  7. It's been always like that since the SLEC allows beneficiaries to have their medical on a first come first serve basis. The USEM does not schedule beneficiaries' medical appointment anymore so they've been entering the same dates on the interview and medical appointment as the website's program default. So anybody here who's got their NOA2, you can go to SLEC to have your medical done. Mondays through Fridays, except on legal holidays...

    Hello,

My wife is a CR1 VISA applicant. I am in the US and received a letter stating her VISA appointment was on June 15. She is in the PI and has not received any interview appointment letters as of yet. When I go the USemb Manila website and check her appointment her Medical appointment and VISA appointment are the same day. How can that be and I thought you had to have a medical appointment letter to get your medical exam ?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

  8. Good that u asked cathdumbri!.. When i was standing in line to wait for my turn to get in that room where bags gets scanned, i heard a man asking the guard to let them bring their water for their baby's milk. The guard says NO. The guard said if he'll allow him, he'll lose his job. But when i got in, there's a place where you could buy bottled water. So just bring milk powder and buy the water inside the building. You can also buy snacks in there. sandwiches, bread, junk foods... :)

hi raeka.thanks for sharing your experience...June 10 is our schedule also with my son.I just want to ask since you mentioned there that liquid is not allowed inside the embassy, also milk for my son is not allowed is not allowed there?

Thank you girls!!! i'm so so happy!!! Happy pregnancy pink and wifey22!!

    Congrats!

    Congratulations! :dance::dance:

Sa May 27 ang alis ko sis. Excited na ang lola mo. hehehehehe :D

    Congrats Sis.....Finally!!!!

    I am happy for you

    Kelan ang alis mo?

  9. Thanks guys!!!..

    :dance::dance::dance:

You're right..When I had my interview I saw someone who brought their cp with them..they were not allowed to go in and I heard the guard say that they would have to reschedule their interview..I think they are more strict lately...

    Congrats Raeka! Happy trip...

  10. happywifeymom, they dont do that anymore. They became more strict na sabi nung mga guards.. Di na pwede mag iwan ng celphone sa guard and leave your ID.. but yes you can leave your stuff with your companion.. But if you dont have a companion, they will just reschedule your interview.

You can bring all you mentioned above only u have to leave it at the guard with ur id and the'yll give ur cp or electronic device back to you.Better leave it outside with your companion if you have any though.
  11. This might be so so late but i haven't had the time to post so much after i received my visa. I realized there's so much more to do before the flight.

My interview date was May 7th of this year. I live in Rizal so i had to wake up 4:30AM and prepare myself and left the house at 5:30AM. I arrived at the USEM around 6:45AM and there was a lot of people outside the USEM. Some were standing in line and were assisted by the guards to get in the building those who had 7am schedule. I had an 8:30 schedule so i went to the waiting shed outside. While waiting, there were people selling umbrellas and i had to buy one because it started raining hard. I also heard that the USEM employees had a meeting last May 5 and became more strict that they wont allow people who brought any liquid forms, cellphone, sharp objects to enter the building. Any liquid, that includes WATER! There was this woman who was crying because she brought her celphone with her and when she got it and the USEM scan machine traced her celphone. The guard didnt ask her any questions, they just reschedule her interview date at once and asked her to go home. So guys! DO NOT BRING colognes, cellphones, sharp objects like nipper or nail cutter, and usb drives if you dont want your interview date to be rescheduled.

The guard finally called the applicants with 8:00am schedule.. and i asked the guard if I could go since mine was 8:30. Then the guard said 'Ma'am! kanina pa po yung for immigrant applicants! kanina pa dapat kayo pumasok! Yung mga pinapahintay lang po dito ay yung K type visa lang.' Bummer! So i hurriedly went in and found Koltrone in the building. She already got her number while i was just sitting there waiting for my turn to get my number. After i got my number i waited HOURS! before my number flashed on the queing board. I saw Koltrone's number flashed for the pre-screening interview, then for the final interview, but my number wasnt flashed yet.

An hour after Kotrone left, my number finally flashed. The pre-screener was nice. I was just standing there in front of the booth waiting for her to ask me questions. She just looked at me and smiled, then she started writing something, then looked at me again then asked for PICTURES, EMAILS, CARDS, REMITTANCES, MY HUSBAND'S INCOME TAX RETURN FOR 2008, CO-SPONSORS INCOME TAX RETURN. Then she asked me these questions:

    - How long have you been married? When?

    - Have you been married before you met your husband now?

    - How many kids does your husband have?

    - What are their names?

    - Who is your sponsor?

    - How come you dont have the co-sponsor's 2008 income tax return?

(then she saw my daughter's CRBA that my husband sent them)

    - "Oh! So your daughter's now a US citizen!... Hmmm.. ok, you're good to go. Goodluck with your final interview"

Then i waited another hour for my number to flash again. Here are the consul's questions:

    - Who's your petitioner?

    - When's the last time you saw him?

    - How did you meet?

    - How many times he visited you?

    - Does your husband have kids from his previous wife?

    - Are you ready to be a stepmom?

( Then silence... she was typing something on the computer )

    - Have you been married before? ( i answered 'no')

    - (and again with a more threatening tone) Have YOU! been married before? (Answered her with a more confident tone 'NO!')

Then she said, 'Congratulations, your visa is approved'. (She didnt smile or anything when she said that. parang napipilitan lang yung pagkaka approve ko.. hahahahaha!) Then she instructed me to wait at the waiting area and my name will be called again. after like 5 minutes, my name was called to go to window 37. The lady handed me back the documents that the pre-screener took and she asked me to pay the courier then she stapled the small pink paper on the 2nd and 3rd pages of my appointment letter and the lady said i can go home after i paid the courier.

    THAT'S IT!

The questions were easy. All you gotta do is answer the questions WITH CONFIDENCE. Smile even though they're not smiling. It's ok to be nervous, im pretty sure that the pre-screener and the consul knows that every person that they're interviewing everyday are nervous. But DONT stammer. Because if you stammer, they'll get suspicious.

GOOD LUCK SA INYONG LAHAT!!!! SANA PASADO LAHAT PARA MASAYA!!

  12. I actually know somebody who did worse that this woman. So i do believe there are people like that.

haha, this story is completely bogus and as usual, Filipinas are all lining up to take part in the drama this guy has dreamed up.

wow, who goes from 100 to 0 overnight... in love, sending money, put her through school for years to zero, nothing? Liars do.

and on the other side, who in this world would treat someone like dirty after that someone put her through college, sent her money, petitioned her... etc. etc. etc. .... who would so easily give up on getting out of the RP? NO ONE!!!!

can't those that are buying this drama add? this story doesn't add up.... wake up folks or get a life!!! :):) Sorry, call them as I see them ladies.

  13. I submitted print outs from scanned documents. wedding pictures (poor quality pa nga ang pagkakaprint ko), tax returns, husband's divorce decree, pay stubs, and etc. I had no problem. it should be good.. some of those documents i used for my daughter's CRBA and it also worked. :)
  14. She wont talk to you because she's not getting what she wants, in short she's being a BRAT! which is so unfair.. She's trying to torture you mentally and i'm SURE she's thinking that soon you'll just give in. Since she's not ready to talk to you, then give her space. You've been their night and shining armour. I'm pretty sure that when things go wrong, when they need financial assistance, or when they get hungry, they'll remember you and she'll be the one to really haunt you.

Her certification will not be needed at all here in the United States no matter what state, i have already checked, me made plans that we settled on a few months ago and completely agreed on everything then on the 11th hour she changes her mind and when I tell her about what we planned in which i told her in a civil matter then she easily got angry.

She sent me a text message, telling me if i send her mom some money her mom would stay out of the way and spend her time at the ####### fights.

Some of you may be thinking that this is some story of some sort, you can call me at 702-502-3523 if you dont believe me. I have been very patient with her i believe in GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE THAT WAIT that is exactly what i did.

I tried calling her tonite and no answer, so I will text her and give her a 24 hour ultimatum, I am tired of waiting for her for all these years. Its time she comes here.

Reading your story... If i'm in your shoes... I would be happy not to marry this woman. Just cancel your petition.

And next time... dont give money to any woman.

yeah I am starting to think I am an IDIOT
