My fiance is having her interview on 22 june 2009 at new delhi embassy.My question is how often do they ask for pay stubs. Actually I sent her job letter,bank letter and bank statements but forgot to send her pay stubs.Please tell me how important they are.Or should I send her them now?

Hello friends.With God's grace I got my packet 4 todayfor K-1 visa.My visa interview date is 22nd June,2009.The problem is that my NOA2 is valid till 20th June 2009.Has anyone gone through this before?Please tell me how to inform new delhi consulate about this?How should I get the validity extended? I tried calling them but they just put you on their automated system and that didn't help.

Please reply if anyone knows about this.Thanking in advance.

I sent my packet 3 for k-1 visa to new delhi consulate on may 2.I am still waiting for my packet 4 as it has been 2 weeks.How long does it takes normally?Actually my NOA2 is valid till june 20.that is why I am concerned.Can anyone please tell me how to contact the embassy?I tried calling on 011-24198062 and 24198374,but no one answered.

hello friends.I read in the instructions for I-134 that you have to include a letter from the bank and also I have to show my last year's deposits.I have income of $45,0000 but my deposits do not show such thing,due to some reasons.Also I have an average balance of $750 for teh past year.I want to ask that how often they look into this.Will they question my fiance about my bank deposits.Do my fiance have to submit this proof along with I-134 form or she has to take this to interview only?

Please help.I am really concerned about this.

If any of your address is too long or answer to any question is long,you can print the answer on an extra sheet and attach it with the corresponding sheet with a pin.That is all .dont worry.everything will be fine.

I received packet 3 from new delhi consulate on april 10 2009.I have applied for Passport clearance certificate from RPO chandigarh and I will get it in 10 days.The checklist in packet 3 says that I have to check all the items and send the Form(applicant's statement) signed along with DS 230 part 1.My question is that as I still dont have my PCC from regional passport office,I have the one from local police station .

Should I check all the boxes on the checklist and send it to the embassy along with DS230 part 1 and applicant's statement form.I have to submit all the documents later.Or should I wait for my PCC,which I will get in 10 days or so and then send the required forms to the embassy.I just want to speed up the process.

Please help.I will be really grateful.Thanks a whole lot in advance.

personally i think it's best to get a signature reply. that's what my fiance did and at least you do know that someone did sign it and received it, just to put your mind at ease. i'm sure that the USPS is doing a fine job, though are you thinking that 5 days is too long?

Im in no hurry but just concerned about the our packet. I just hope they receive it.

Hello everyone.I sent I-129F petition for my fiance to CSC on November 13th,2008.I sent the package via usps and requested for signature on delivery of the package by the person who receives it along with receipt of delivery conformation.I got information from usps that they tried to deliver the packet on November 22nd but no one was there to sign the delivery receipt so they didnt deliver the package and told me that they will again attempt to deliver the packet after 5 days otherwise they will return the packet to sender,that is me.I just want to ask if any one has done this before.Will I have to resend the packet without the signature request?Or will someone receive the packet at CSC?Should I have done it without the signature request?

Any suggestion and help is deeply appreciated.Thankyou all for previously helping me also.

Helllo once again!I just want to know that do I need to sign and date the Supplement sheets included in my I-129F packet?My packet has two supplement sheets,one regarding how we met and other one is address of my alien fiance?Or I just include the printed sheet in my packet?I have signed all the forms,cover letter and letter of intent.

I am going to be completing my I-129F packet by November 4th with all the dates on my applications as November 3rd.

However I wish to send the packet in end of november. Will this be a problem causing factor with Service Center?

Is it a requirement to have the same date on letter of intent from both me and my fiance?

I just want to ask that there are some places in the form where the space is not enough for the accurate info like my fiance's address part,so can i print the form and after printing can i write the addresses and some other fields legibly in black ink?I hope there would be no problem in that.

Can someone tell me what to do in part A. question 10 about the part where it is asking "Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name?". How does this differ from "certificate of naturalization"? What should i do with this part(select yes or no) as i only have Certificate of naturalization.
