We just received our approval letter today. first time in this thread (I didnt want to jynx things)

I 751 - 1/28/11

NOA1 - 2/1/11

Biometrics 3/3/11 (incidentally, this is the day my wives card expired)

Approval Letter 8/5/11.

Service Center: VSC of course

NO UPDATES from website txt or email.

Other info:

We never called to check on our case.

We did not use the Affidavits - we just provided a lot of paper evidence and photos.

AP and EAD card arrived today dated Nov 26.

Finally, in september I sent my AOS package,

I have had my biometric appointment, but after that nothing is happening

, and my case has not been touched

Shouldnt it have been at least touched after the biometric?

Mine was not touched from my biometric on 10/4 untill i was approved on 11/25. I would not worry. your EAD/AP should be approved in the next two weeks.

never a touch once,, then bam approval.

I think i have one of those cases that they dont update the website. My Wife is Canadian and its a very simple K1 case - but no touches since the biometrics on Oct 5. I would have assumed there would have at least been a touch in those 4 weeks but nothing.

Most others are ahead of me in terms of progress

Also - our case is still at the MSC/NBC

I will be voting NO for both the wife and I.

As long as there are websites like ashleymadison.com that promote infidelity and divorce rates over 50%, it would be hypocritical for anyone to say that marriage is sacred.

No updates on our online status in 2 weeks now - We had our biometrics on the 3rd. Ive read that the website is unreliable and it may never update..

i was just wondering if anyone's online status changed after biometrics were completed. we recieved a touch on both aos and ead apps, but no status change (just received and pending...), is this typical?

Our biometrics were Oct 3rd.

A note for anyone trying to do their biometrics early: Santa Ana office in California WILL NOT let you go to your appointment early. you have to show up on the day that is on your letter.

Received all 3 NOAs today. filed on the 8th. received on the 10th. NOA dated the 12th.

Just sent in on Monday Sept 8th. AOS for K1 marriage.

We sent in our AOS for a K1 on Sept 8th. However, i just realized that we only sent 2 photographs instead of 6 (i-485, i-765, i-131). What do I do? I do not want to wait for a RFE, as we need my wifes EAD as soon as possible, but how do we send the photos and have them link it to our application?
