    VJ family i ahve questions.ive ask opnion to the other site they say thet having a co-sponsor i-134 for k1 fiancee petition is not allowed by the Consul in manila US embassy.?anyone here get denied to their visa because of having a co-sponsor?

    yes they accept co sponsor as long as your co sponsor's income is above poverty level, has work and have some assets will do.goodluck!

    I-129F Name Problem

    Hi, I'm not sure what exactly to do about this. Farah has 5 names and her first name wont fit in the box to print legibly. There is a plus sign next to it indicating more words that cannot fit as is. I'm afraid that if I print it, it will get cut off and won't be complete.

    The same issue is arising with her address in that it doesn't fit and there is a plus sign. I'm afraid that if I can't include her full address, packet 3 won't be properly sent to her or might get lost in the mail. Which address do they refer to when sending packet 3? Question 15 does not ask for a postal code so there seems to be no way to provide them with her complete address.

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    hello, i have the same problem before because my name and address also doesnt fit in the box and always + sign when u typed in the computer but after thinking what i am going to do i ve decided to write my name and address in a neat one no erasures and it does fit on the box.About the question 15 you are asking i dunno what form u are asking for but i may suggest that heres the link of the sample forms.hope this helps.

    hi to everyone ...does anybody here attend cfo seminar near taft ave..where is it located...i mean the exact address and what are the requirements to bring...and how much the payment...please help me...thanks:)

    A word of advice...Do Not go to Taft Avenue. Go to St Marys in Quezon City. The CFO web site has the exact address and phone numbers. I accompanied my fiancee to the Taft Ave PRISM and it was a bad experience and also at Taft Ave they do not give you the stamp, only the seminar. They send you to a different place for the stamp and it ends up being an all day affair. Go to Quezon City...less problems and much faster overall process since they also give the stamp in your visa in your passport.

    Hello Everyone,

    I know I need the i-134 and documents supporting that but I need to know what original documents my fiance will need for her interview? I copied the packet before I mailed it to the VCS and I am starting to get everything together because I will be going to see her in may and want to have everything with me so I dont have to worry about mailing it and it getting lost in the mail.

    hello again...

    we don't have the old chats since we met coz both our computers undergo re-programs and re-installations and the first pc i had was broken so all we had are the chat from the end of december 2008 till now and that time too i was using cafe to chat him...is it ok if we just use those chats as our evidence? thanks!

    yes u can use it as evidence but aside from that u can use some phone calls and emails will do.hope this helps..goodluck

    hello to everyone ...i am starting to gather all the documents needed for interview.i just wondering if i need to bring the original copy of the tickets ,receipts from hotel and engagement ring receipt.. etc.that we went here in philippines when my fiance is here.or just the photocopy of the said documents.is the USEM will return it back to me if i am going to show the original copy?hope someone help me...thanks

    hi ...wondering if your fiance declare the said taxes on the years that he stays in US if so thats properly documented and he can put those employers on the the G325A form.

    My fiance & I are filling out the following forms (I-129F & G325A) for the fiance(e) visa. My fiance is outside the US and is filling out the employment info(last 5 years of employment) on the G325A form. When he was here in the USA he overstayed his visa and now has a 10 year ban :(. While he was here in the USA he worked for a couple of employers who donated money to his mother(who was a missionary here in the USA) and that's how he got payed....

    Questions - If he puts down those employers on the form will they be incriminated at all through this visa process because they paid him through donations to his mother? How should my fiance fill in his employment through them? Is it better to put unemployed for those time periods since there was no official payment directly to him?

    As a side note - one of these employers went through the process of sponsoring my fiance for a work visa during part of his employment with them. Obviously the workers visa was denied, but I would think that would make incrimination less of an issue for that employer in this case...

    Please help!

    by the way - this site is amazing! I've read through many different posts and couldn't find one to fit this question exactly... I did find several asking about working in the us illegally and the majority of the answers said to put down the employment anyway because it's better to be honest. So, the main point of my question(s) above is whether or not his employers will be incriminated in anyway due to the way in which they paid him(under the table) as it were...

    hello everyone...just wondering if we will need a co sponsor ...? i am working right now actually just starting to work last feb 9 '09...for the past 2 1/2 years i dont have work coz i went back to school i just finished my studies and apply for work then i just start working..my salary is above poverty ..we didnt call for an interview yet coz i am waiting for my pay check...Do u think i will need co sponsor ???? ....and.....(1)one month pay...i mean the paystub...is enough to show that i can support my fiancee?help us please..missin her so much..

    I just finish my counseling and cfo this morning!

    I arrived at 7am. I'm in no.4.... they started calling our name by 7:30... photocopy your passport and visa if any to avoid delay....

    They gave me 2 sets of forms (2pages each.. back to back) Be sure you memorize or have a copy of tel.no, address, etc of your fiance(e)...

    Important tip: once you finish your first form give it to the employee... (they will tell you which form will be the first to fill up) It became very helpful to me.... coz, after group counseling, they will call all the attender one by one... according to the time you pass the FIRST FORM!

    i'm in no.2.... so lucky coz, only four of us got finish before lunch break! the rest will wait after one hour!!!!

    I had my certificate and CFO sticker before lunch break! thank God....

    go to St. Mary like Edward_Cherry said... you will be okay and it was very helpful.. you will learn a lot.... :thumbs:

    The answer to How do you KNOW when Manila gets the APPLICATION is "THEY SEND A LETTER TO THE PERSON AND IT INCLUDES A CASE NUMBER" in my case my fiancee recieved her letter about 8 days after I received the letter they was forwarding it on to the manila Embassy.

    NEXT the web sights the give are handy for the forms need .. I found there are 4 forms DS156 DS156K DS157 and DS230.

    NEXT the letter she/he will recieve says they can schedule a interview. IN OUR CASE Rosie filled out and printed 2 copies of each Form. Thank GOD SHE DID cuz the bank screwed up and ask if she had another one. You take the letter and form DS157 to the BDO Bank and pay $131.00 american ..in pesos (LAUGHING) to the bank and they stamp the DS131 Paid in full.

    Next the little women is going to call to get a INTERVIEW DATE .. and then SETUP an Appointment for her Physical

    at St. LUKES.

    We have a list of questions for her to ask the Embassy when she calls.

    On January 14, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this

    I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the

    btw, got a call from my fiance today that he got the NOA2 hard copy yesterday. woooohoooo!!!!!!:D Hope things would speed up more from here.
