Thank You apple21, i have another question. when parents enter us they did stamp the passport with A# but that number is same on both of the passport. i think it happen by mistake. but on the visa their registration # is different. that should i do.

My inlaws just came to USA yestarday. now they have to file for their unmarrid son. the Mother will be filing I130. the son is 18 year of age. do we need the Green card to file I130 or will her Passport with entry stamp be ok. My wife has file for him already, when her mother file for her son does she have to do anything or will the file be withdraw automaticaly. how long will it take for the son to come to usa, since he is nearing the age of 21. anything to do to faster the process. i was also looking for cover letter if anyone have file in recint time i will be a grate halp.

i have received a choice of agent and address form DS-3032, which i have filled and sent them back in april 16th 2013. i have also paid for IV case AOS fee. what happens next. i still have not received any paper works form NVC. i have the NVC case number, when do i have to fill the effidevit of support and DS-230 or DS-260. its been almost month and half no communication from NVC yet. what should my next step be. i did print out the documnet cover sheet when i made that payment. can someone please help me.

Can someone please advise me what step i have to take next.i have applied for my parents who is in India. I received a letter from NVC it says my petition has eligible for further process and it did gave me NVC case number; and i also have to pay affidavit of support processing fee of $88, which they ask me to pay online.With the letter i also received choice of address and agent form which i need help with. In the form what shoud i choose, as a petitioner should i choose my self as agent and receive all the information here in United States or should i choose i do not appoint any agent and still fill out US address of mine. and on signature of applicant who should sign. or do i have to send it to india. please help thanks

After becoming US Citizen through marriage my wife has file for Her parents and her Brother. i know by talking to others, her parents should come to US in about a year. but problem is her brother; i know that this file takes lot longer to open. can her parents file for their son when they get here on Green card and how long does it take then if the son is still about 18yr of age.

also one of my relative came to US as parents of US citizen through marriage about 3 years back. after they recieve their green card they file for their other two children who are 15 and 17 year of age. the children are also here now and it took year and half for their file to open. my relative dont know what form they filled for their kids, but it was not I 130. does any one know about this prosidure or other form to file. please advice.

I was gathering all the papaer works for N-400. In the check list they are asking for IRS certified copy of income tax forms or IRS tax return transcript. My question is do i have to get this copy from IRS? or i can just take my tax return that i filed to post office and have it certified? I entered in USA january 2009, i got married in february 2009 so my husband and I filed tax return for 2009 and 2010 we still have not filed 2011 yet. is it ok if we just send two years tax return. please help and thnaks in advance.

my sister in law just missed the oath ceremony she had to take today for her citizenship, but she thought it was on the 10th and she missed it. what can she do to reschedul it or she will ever be able to rescheduel it. is that some thing she can do..... she is crying and dont know what to do now. if someone know about it or been in simmiler situation please advice. please replay

cople of weeks ago i went to uscis.gov to downloads froms I-864 affidavit of support, I-485 applicaation to adjust status , G-325A, and I-765 application for employment authorization, and I-131 application for travel document. I downloded the forms but i lost the file on my computer. now today i went back to USCIS.Gov to downloads forms again, but they dont have I-131, I-864, I-765. i dont know if they are updating or i need to file different form now. i am filing for AOS for K1 visa. i know visa journey have this forms. but just want to check since they dont have it on Uscis web site, may be they change the form now.

I-864 country of domicile is (USA), yes you can recycle the evidence you used for the I-134 for the visa.

NOTE: I-765 is coded (C )(9 ) based on pending I-485. DO NOT share items, each application (I-485, I-765, I-131) needs to be treated as separate items so separate passport photos for each application.

i am going through same thing. i am planning to get married on Feb 19th via civil ceremony. just a simple ceremony which will have my parents, brother, her uncle and justices of the peace. and then later on some other date we are going to have big indian ceremony done. we are not sure of the date. but for legal and for filing AOS, i need to get civil ceremony done as soon as posible. i also want to know should i proform this ceremony at a temple, or any were does it matter. and since it is so simple ceremony will they have any problem with it in interview. if they are ok with civil ceremony, we might not even proform hindu base second ceremony, because it cost a lot. please reply

My fiance had her interview on 16th Jan, she pass and now she has come to US on 28Jan. her port of entry was JFK. at JFK she got work authorization for 90 days. i know now we have to get married in 90 days. but i dont know where to get married. i live in Groton, CT. and for my SSN, can i just go apply for it right now or wait untel i get married. can someone please let me know

hello .... i recive my NOA2 on oct 23. so now my case is forwarded to NVC. i m trying to track my case now, so i call NVC and email them but there is no respond. when i call them it always says agant is busy please call later. how can i track my case now after it left USCIS.

i got approved on oct 16th i checked it up online, but i have not got any email form them yet, and it was updated to my file on 17th oct but still no email. on online case states they say my file is approved and it was mailed out on 16th oct. i have checked my email its right and i have email status on. since it was mailed out on 16th oct so i should get it in mail on monday 20th oct. let me know y im not getting email, is it cuz my email is AOL.com

i dont know what are they asking. and also in line 7 "With a cash surrender value of:" what r they asking for. please advice...
