Hi Amy! My gosh so sorry didn't get back to you sooner but I'm not on here often. Yes we were "conditionally" approved pending medical form. All of Hassens medical was entered on an outdated form by the civil surgeon. So crazy but our AOS interview was a breeze, we go back on Sept 8 with corrected form and finalize approval then!
