I am actually holding the I-797 NOA2 for the I-130 and I-129F!

it just means that the date above your file on the uscis website(when you check status online) was changed.

It supposed to signify anytime your case is "touched" by a worker at the service center.

but, touches can mean anything...they moved your file from one box to another, that they tied the 129f to the underlying 130..or an approval.

They are exciting at first, because it means SOMETHING is happening with your petitions.

Could you explain that again? Do you actually mean VSC has case workers? Do they actually look at cases? I think you are not telling the truth....hehe.

Quick question!! Since my filing date is on Leap Year, Feb 29 for ones that do not know, does that mean I have to wait till the next leap year date to get approved? Seems that way.

Received a touch today from VSC, dated 9/15/2008...Hopefully that will bring better news next week.

I am an April filer, and according to recent approvals it appears that VSC is busy with March filers. But according to timeline data there are a number of Feb K3 filers still waiting.. Is that the case or are people just blowing off this site after their approval and not updating?? If there are any K3 Feb filers still waiting please respond to this and if you have NOA2s PLEASE update - this would help us gauge where VSC really is with our applications.
