I never got my letters notarized.. I had them place the following before they signed the letter:
"I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States that the foregoing is true and correct."
It worked for us!!

Got three emails from USCIS two of them say my card production was ordered on July 5th, another one says Approval Notice was sent on the 6th. Guess I am done for now, I didn't expect it would be this quick but anyways, just want share this news with you guys, good luck everybody here. I will be back early next year for citizenship I guess.

I used my Father, Mother and Cousin.. Instead of having letters notarized, I had them put the following:
"I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States that the forgoing is true and correct. "
Signed and dated.. It worked for us

Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the Nebraska Service Center. If anyone is anxious as to waiting times, I can tell you mine was PHENOMENAL. Sent in my I-751 packet for Removal of Conditions by certified mail on June 11. Check was cashed on June 18 and I received my receipt notice and my NOA (with biometrics appointment in Seattle) in the mail on the same day, July 1st. My appointment is scheduled for July 20th. I cannot believe how fast this has been. I thought a 39 day turnaround from sending the packet off to having completed biometrics was unheard of. What a nice end to this long and sometimes frustrating process!!! Good luck to all of you out there and I hope your experience is as positive as mine has mostly been.
Yeah they have been moving.. Goodluck on the process!! I'm also in the Seattle area and my wife got her 10 year on the 2nd of July. Here is her timeline:

Hurray!! Congratz!!

Yeah, take it to another notary public... I usually take mine to Washinton Mutual, if you have one around you.. I'm not a member of their bank so they charge me for it.. If not, do a google search for a notary public in your area..

My wife's receipt date for Nebraska is early November and her card is in hand....so, the dates are, in my opinion, meaningless.
I hope it's meaningless!! You're lucky, I don't see any movements on my case yet...
We are in the same boat.. Waiting for our turn.
-
Congratz hopefully, this is the sign that they are moving..
-
Congrats
congratz!

Just thought I'd give another quick update...I just received another email stating that my approval notice was sent today!!

Yes, the NOA (Notice of Action) is the I-797.
I am wonder. I was filing I751 to Nebraska Ctr since June and only get a NOA for greencard extension but not the biometrics. I'm also living around Seattle area. My question is when you first do the Biometrics for condition green card (2 years), Was it digital scan? I'm totally surprise people who file after me get a biometric. Some get the NOA for interview or approval.
Nancy
Hello Nancy, I’m also in the Seattle area.. Wonderful black out we just had: angry: .. Anyway, My wife had her biometrics scheduled for the 12.14.06 but missed that date and got it done yesterday 12.20.06 I'm not sure why you didn't receive a letter for your biometrics? I think my wife originally didn't have digital pictures or finger prints if I'm not mistaken.. (2 years ago) but, she did have them digitally done this time around... Did you have digital finger printing and picture taken done in the past?

No problem at all.. Just have your husband fill out the FAFSA and his alien registration number when requested.. It's really quick, you can have that done online.. Goodluck!
