my husband is currently in the US and is a LPR there. he filed the I130 with G325A last Nov 2008, and he get back to me like this Feb of 2009 asking for pictures since i think the center has notified him.

With this, may i ask if how long does it take to process this kind of visa??

noted on that....for I-130 application isnt it that my husband and I should be filling out G-325A form seperately, so i presume the "APPLICANT" pertained on the form depends on who's filling it out? so if the G-325A is for me am the "APPLICANT"? is that right?

Both he and you should be filling out seperate G-325A forms (1 for him, and 1 for you), so you are correct, it depends who is filling out the form...

Am currently filling out the G-325A form, and am getting confused on the fields in the form, what does the word "APPLICANT" on the form means. Is it my husband petitioning me or it is myself ??
