Clark needs help reacted to Alko in NVC now saying they haven't received my case!? What!!
    I'm fighting the same battle.
I got approved on March 19. Called NVC they told me they got in on April 2. After that I called again they told me they don't have it.
Almost 3 months and neither NVC nor USCIS know where my case is. USCIS keeps telling they sent it and NVC claims dont have it....

USCIS released a memo at the end of January that they are proactively expediting petitions with beneficiaries from the Philippines.
    Congrats to you! :-)

Clark needs help reacted to Dave&Roza in Question about fee for i864
The $88 filing fee is if you are filing within the US and to the Department of State only. If you are filing for AOS to the USCIS then there is no filing fee. The NVC will send you a bill and you will have to pay the $88 and this fee is a PER CASE basis. So only a single fee of $88 needs to be paid. I am assuming you have filed for the I-130 and the AOS will be submitted to the NVC and thus you will need to pay the $88 fee. It will help in getting the correct information in the future.
    Good luck,
    Dave
