I had my interview this morning at 10:25 AM and was approved for my citizenship. Now i can sleep good and don't have to worry about my status, and rights in the US, I am now a US Citizen! Thank you visajourney, you have helped me alot in my years of journey processing my application from I-130 petition, Adjustment of Status and the last step Naturalization. Thank You!

Biometric is easy. Remember to bring your appointment letter and greencard on your appointment date. Then you will need to fill out a form which is basically about yourself. You'll submit it in the counter and then they will ask you to show your hands. I think they want to make sure there are no wounds or cuts since they will get fingerprints. When your number is called you will be asked to sit and they will take your photo then fingerprints. And then its done! I just did mine last tuesday 1/28.

I had my AOS interview yesterday March 31,2011. I entered the US on a K3 Spouse Visa and file AOS last November 15, 2010. My interview was so fast and smooth. After the interview, IO said I have approved your green card (10 years) and will receive 2-3 weeks but some receive it in just a week. The long wait is over and just patiently waiting for my GC. =) Good luck to all who are still in the process of getting a green card. Just be patient and everything will be worth waiting. Hello everyone. I came here in the US last march 2009 and based on my I-94 i'm admitted here in the states until march 2011. I just recently filed my AOS last November 15,2010. My question is will it affect my application for permanent resident since it took me so long to filed for AOS?

Ok, so i was interviewed dec. 23 and i'm waiting for my visa to deliver. I received a text yesterday informing that visa is out for delivery. I didn't receive any yesterday. Then, today i received again a text that visa is out for delivery and another text telling that visa will be re-delivered tomorrow.. WHAT??? So i called Delbros and asked about it but i didn't get a clear answer *sigh*. So i tracked my case number on delbros website and here's what i got:

Check your case number at delbros website or call delbros but staff there cannot give you clear answer. They will just say text on hotline or track in the website. I hope you'll have yours soon.

Timeline is a bit unusual. Going to medical more than 3 months after getting the interview appointment letter, going to interview 4 months and 7 days after getting the interview appointment letter and then getting pissed off because Delbros is a little late? Doesn't seem right.

Yah i know, but knowing that staff at delbros cannot give you a clear answer that is another thing. Incompetent and really made me pissed off. I went on a medical for more than 3 months after getting the interview appointment letter for a personal valid reason. Godbless! =)

Great news! Finally i got an email and text from delbros that my visa packet was unsuccessfully delivered yesterday due to FORCE MAJEURE. So it will be delivered on or before jan 08 (tomorrow). I'm glad a receive a quick response from delbros within the day. That's good!

Did you pay the visa delivery fee? Or maybe your case is under review still.

I just called delbros again and the guy said there's some cases that they cannot locate the address or it will be delivered the following day. He got my cp number and manila case #. He said that they'll call if they cannot locate the address. I even told him that the delivery address in receipt is correct. So that's a good news!

I checked my delbros receipt and delivery address is correct. I even tried to call many times but i cannot get a clear answer from them, very incompetent. Makes me piss off.
