Hi! Can someone help me on this form. Im confused on the DS 230 part 1 form where they ask

21a. Person named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the united states now

21b. person named in 14 and 19 who will follow you in the United states at a later date.

Im petetioning my mother and father, and im confused if i should put "N/A" on both 21a and 21b because they have seperate petition filed or should i put the spouse name on 21a and "N/A" on 21b.

hi! Im also in the process of petetioning my parents. You can get a birth certificate of your father, marked as delayed registration. Thats what we did, my father went to the Office of Civil Registrar where he was born (Pampanga) and request for a birth certificate, and we got it after 2 weeks or so.
