I dunno what the reason was, but I guarantee it was not financial because at the time both my bro and my dad had good paying jobs. Basically the denial had nothing to do with my dad.

he got the NOA2, but guangzhou consulate denied the visa after the interview. Then, the guangzhou consulate sent the petition back to USCIS and USCIS denied the I-129F.

So here's the case, my dad was co-sponsoring my brother's eventual k-1 visa. But it was sent back by the Guangzhou Consulate to USCIS. Then USCIS denied approval. My brother and his fiancee got into a big argument involving the parents and broke it off. I can say it was very ugly, even though it was over the phone. VERY UGLY. Now, I'm engaged and finally submitted my I-129F in September. My dad is gonna co-sponsor when it comes time since I'm a student (rough patch in the economy). Since my dad submitted a co-sponsor for my Bro's k-1 process, do we (me, my dad, and my bro) need to do anything for the previously denied I-129F? I'm thinking we don't since the co-sponsor is more of the NVC or consulate concern. And my bro's eventually got denied at the USCIS part.

my fiancee has a passport from Taiwan. But right now, her and her family live in China. Her family has a house in Taiwan and rent in China. They are there because of work. Is she going to be processed thru Taiwan or China? I'm thinking Taiwan, but just wanna make sure. on the I-129, would i use her taiwan address (permanent) or china address (current)?

Can someone help co-sponsor a second person? I'm a student and my dad co-sponsored someone like acouple years ago. Now my fiancee and I need a co-sponsor since I dont have sufficient income from 2008. Can my dad co-sponsor someone else also?

Hi...new here. basically, my question is, after the whole process and my fiancee gets a visa from the consular, how long before my fiancee would need to come to the US? I know once they get in to the US, it's 90 days. But if she has the visa, what's the latest date she can use the visa? thanks in advanced.
i-134 for cosponsor
in US Embassy and Consulate Discussion

so i just got my noa2 and it was approved. now i'm starting to get together the i-134 form. i'm a student so my income is very little. my dad will be co-sponsoring for me. i have a question about filling out the i-134 form. on question 9 it states "I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state "None"."
my dad did submit a i-134 for my brother's ex-fiancee. Their approved i-129F was sent back by the Guangzhou Consulate to USCIS and eventually was not approved by USCIS. Unfortunately, their relationship ended because of all the arguing over everything. And they did not appeal. For question 9, should my dad put that he did submit an affidavit of support or should he say "none"?
