My husband said that he would like to have a bird sometime after he gets here. Right after he said that he couldn't figure out why he was seeing me looking up at the ceiling since I was just on camera. He was like "what are you looking at?". I told him I was looking for hooks in the ceiling because if he wants his bird to live, it has to be up high or my crazy cat will kill it. He was like "oh"

Thanks everyone -- yes that's what I meant the I-129F. He does not have any required documents from me, so he would not be successful with the interview.

I'll be sending a letter to USCIS (maybe after calling them -- but that's not always feasible for me) and I'll be emailing the embassy too.

Got off work early, so took a nap *whistles* (totally unproductive --- heeyy, I am very efficient at work), now I'm waiting for a gal friend to closely get to a restaurant to meet her at (I don't want to fly down like I did last time -- so here I am )

The I-129F has been approved and the package set to the US Embassy in my ex-fiance's country. Interview has been set up (a little over a month from now).

My question is: what procedures should I take to cancel/withdraw this K1 Visa?
