Why not go, its already scheduled. Does the online status say Dec. 14 2007? Just curious. Anyway, you may not get any new info, but it wouldn't hurt to go.

I was interview on 9/11/08 it was very brief maybe ten minutes if that, DAO(district adjudicator officer) stated that she was not going to make a decision

and that I will get a letter in the mail within 180 days with the decision, have not heard anything, now, I already made an infopass for 12/11 should I cancel that and wait it out? or what?? I appreciate any info thanks

You have to disclose it or your app will be denied no court can expounge arrest record in the FBI you have to bring to the interview -A certified copy of the court final disposicion and the Certified police narrative report if you want your green card don't play with that
