Hi D&J... we are currently in the same boat. So they made you go to the interview and didnot accept your case? did they take your fingerprints on the same day?? or did they take your fingerprints after some days and then rescheduled you for the interview?

all i can say is be patient.. USCIS can be very unpredictable with processing. It can be frustrating to find out when people who applied after you are processed and you are still waiting.... when i applied for K1, i tried not to think about it after applying. As long you got the acceptance letter.. someone at somepoint will touch your file and will be processed.

you can call NVC directly.. and they will issue you a BMB number. I dont have a the number but i can find out for you. Or you can check in VJ. It takes approximately 10-12 days for your case to reach NVC. and then they will send it to Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi Consulates via DHL. So just hang in there... your 50% of the case is complete.. In the meanwhile start preparing for Packet 3 and send it to t

Hey.. i am so sorry i was not able to respond to you on time since i was travelling.. yes i got my Noa 2, case is forwarded to india, we received packet 3, and we just received packet 4 48 hours ago with the interview date on dec 3rd.

i am sorry i was not able to respond you back early.. but i did get my case approved. And we have sent the packet 3 for I-129F already before we got the request from Mumbai consulate to expediate the case.

Paris was extremely beautiful Alex.. I also found out that my case has been approved. Right now i am enjoying with my fiancee in Malaysia. We are taking lots and lots of pictures, savings all receipts and boarding passes to butress our relationship evidence. Is there anything else we need to do? How are you doing???

i am actually going to Lyon for 2 weeks and Paris for 1 week. I really wanted her to fly to paris.. but due to financial constraints it was not possible. yes.. it has been a long time.....

i will be in a small town called Lyon in southern france. i was not even a US Citizen when i got engaged. I got my citizenship on May 20th and i applied for K1 on May 30th.

Alex.. when our applications are last updated.. there is no way to find out as to what have they done so far.. right? i am actually leaving for france and then to singapore.. i will meet my fiancee in singapore after 261 days
