  1. Me and my wife are having a very big problem regarding her son's green card.

here is the situation. My stepson arrived here in the US on a K-2 visa thru my wifes K-1 Petition in 2009.

My wife arrived first on July 2009 and her kids followed 2months later. My wife adjusted her status and

removal of condition by herself so her kids had to do theirs separately. On 2012 her son got his green card but only

for two years instead of ten.Since we don't know anything about immigration, at first we thought the card is the

actual permanent resident card so we did not scrutinize the card, then last year, 2014 which is the expiration of the card

my wife file for a renewal 3 months prior the expiration date, filed for I-190 GREEN CARD RENEWAL instead

of REMOVAL OF CONDITION, but they sent us an NOA that they received the application and NOA for biometrics then 9 months

after, which is 2 days ago we received a letter from USCIS that the I190 application is denied because the condition on his permanent resident

card have not been removed and that's when we found out that his green card is under conditional status. Now we don't know what

to do.We are worried that her son may already lost his permanent resident status coz its been months that his GC expired. We

called USCIS for advice and told us to send I751 removal of status with a letter explaining what happened, but I still want to get some

advised here at VJ, maybe you guys can give us some advice also.Thanks.

  2. I filed 2 separate petition (f2a) for my wife and son, they were both approved.

now im on a process of sending their documents to nvc, but the big problem right

now that i have is when i paid and applied for my sons visa.what happened is

after i paid the AOS for the two, it took a week for me to able to pay for their visa,

so when i was able to pay for it i paid them both but paying it under my wife's case number

because my sons name is showing as an accompany under hers even though he has hes own

case number i did it because at first i cannot pay it under hes number but able to pay it under

hers, even the visa application is under her case number, now after the visa is paid and application

are submitted every time i sign in using my sons case # it still showing unpaid and thats when i realize

that i should not pay and apply hes visa under her case number because when i send hes documents

with the document cover sheet and scan the barcode its gonna show that hes visa is still unpaid

and no visa application is being filed. This is the problem that i have right now and i don't know how

im going to correct it, nvc are giving me different answers every time i call.does anyone here been

through the same issue as mine?thanks..

  3. im about to send the package for my AOS,financial documents and supporting documents.(financial and supporting docs must be in 1 package)

the problem is i dont know which address to sent it to.first on the website under travel.state.gov it says

send it to NVC ATTN:DR.but on the document cover sheet after i paid the AOS it says ATTN:CMR AOS

so which is the right destination here?

  4. few years ago i filed for i129f fiancee petition for my wife and her 3 kids. my wife came, then the 2 kids follow to join except for one child, he decided to stay in the philippines.now he wants to come to the U.S .my question is.Do we need to file a new petition for him or we can use the previous approved fiancee petition?

  5. im filing two separate i130 petition. for my wife and child.in the form

section D number 2 "have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other relative?"

what should i put here?Is the other application consider as filed before petition?need some advice.thanks

  6. i petitioned my fiancee (now my wife)3 years ago together w/ her kids.one of the kid decided to stay

to go to college there until now.since that the petition expired cuz he suppose to follow within a year.

do we need to file for waiver for him before we file for a new petition?cuz my wife is going to petition him as

an immidiate family since my wife now is a permanent resident.

  7. i want all filipinos in this forum who were previously married and was petitioned by thier fiancee, to share thier

interview experience at the us embassy specially about the proof of previous marriage document.did they ever investigate about it?

  8. how about if most of the proof is after i send the the i-129f?will they question this at the interview?

because i thrown out all the phone cards i used to call her(i didnt know i will need them)we used nicknames

on our chat.until recenly we start using our name as an id.we dont send emails.so now after i sent the i-129f we start sending emails. saving the phone cards i used.how can we use the phone cards as a proof?
