CR-1/IR-1 is an immigrant visa for for a family member (spouse). I hope it your petition goes through in 3 months...but I also sent in the same I-129F petition to get my spouse here a little quicker...didn't work. It took 6 months and 10 days with the I-129F. For K-1 and K-3 the VSC is listing the same time frame...but obviously we know that the time frames are not correct...ya never know what

Unfortunately, there seems to be very little that any of us can to make the process any faster at USCIS. As far as expedites go...it seems to depend on the agent looking at the case...some approve, some deny. Oi! I was just thinking that if your papers to the USCIS were sent in March that was when the mailing addresses were changing. I was checking the forms and instructions before I mailed my papers so I saw a lot of changes and one was the mailing address. Just food for thought. I'm pulling for you guys...I know it's tough. Anyways, let me know how the whole process goes.
