  2. Hi VJ Family. I have a question regarding my son's Immigrant Data Summary. I just found out this afternoon that my son's birthplace on the Immigrant Data Summary is wrong.

    It goes like this:

BIRTHPLACE: SAN JUAN DE DIOS, PHILIPPINES

It should be... PASAY CITY, PHILIPPINES

San Juan De Dios is the name of the Hospital in Pasay City where i gave birth.

Our flight will be on tuesday, April 21, 2009. I'm so worried about this....

What will i do? Is it ok or do i need to go to the US Embassy for this?

    :(

  5. Hi to all,.just want to share how it doesn't bother me at all to wait I mean my husband can get his visa anytime I can still wait longer.....I don't really care if they make us wait longer.. I know some1 who reads this topics..I know who you are...you can laugh all you want..this waiting doesn't bother me at all,.even when you see me down everyday..and put me against my family,.even though they have never given support for me to get through this tough times..I have lost my job once but now I have one, I thought I'd never learn how to drive again but I did, I thought I can never take the bus to work but I manage to I am not embarassed, I thought I won't celebrate Christmas but I did, I thought I'd sleep on New Year but I didn't...I thought I'd just cry over our 1st wedding anniversary but I didn't, I thought I thought I'd never attend a wedding but I did, I thought I'd never smile on my birthday but I did I thought my old friends have forgotten me but they didn't.....you can laugh all you want..because I know god has great plans for me and my husband..we still haven't lost that faith.... America is my home,.I am a fil-am and I know you are bringing me down to give up on this with my husband and go back to the Philippines that is not going to happen..I will never get depressed and kill my self no matter how hard this has been for me...because I have dreamed of heaven in the future...I am very proud to say that we haven't gotten the visa yet..ahhahahahah you can laugh all you want...It doesn't bother me at all..it will come soon anyways..so what...you can push me down, bring me down..do whatever....You can think of plans to make me cry but that won't happen...I am not afraid because the Lord is always with me.. :innocent: :innocent: :innocent:

So, get out of my way Satan,..I am not afraid of you..The Lord is my sheperd and he is my strenght, my refuge, my shield....

I pray with all my hearth... you can never put me down!!!!

That's my friend :) Napaka Strong. Miss chattin' with you. Balitaan mo ako ah. Take care :)

  6. Congratulations! Im so happy for you. Haay.. salamat dumating na din! Kc pati ako naiinip sa pagdating ng Visa nyo. Sana yng k Diana dumating na din :)

Sa April 25 na alis nyo? I thought sa May pa... Ano airline kyo? Sayang di pa tyo nagsabay ng date.

Congrats ulit! Godbless you and your Family :)

  7. Thank GOD :) My baby's CRBA and US Passport arrived today! We had our appointment last March 23 at the US Embassy for my baby's appearance. The Consul told me to wait for 2-3 weeks for the CRBA and Passport to arrive.

I can't believe it because i was thinking of it just today. I event sent messages to some VJ Members who are already done with their CRBA Journey, asking them if how many weeks did they waited for it to arrive. I'm so worried that it

might cause delays if it doesn't arrive within 3 weeks.

Our flight will be on the 21st of April and we still have to go to the Bureau of Immigration for the Exit Permit.

GOD is GOOD...All the time! :)

  8. Maybe nobody had the experience yet.. just hang in there... kapag may nakakita ng thread mo na may alam, i'm sure they'll post. I wanna know the answer too kasi IR-1 din application namin.

Hi Raeka :) Meron ka na ba ng CEMAR/CENOMAR/MARRIAGE INDEX? :) If you don't have a copy yet, kumuha ka na while waiting for your Scheduled Interview. The Pre-screener will ask you that document :)

  9. I listened to the speech of President Obama last night. He said that america is one of the developed countries with high college drop outs.

I am just curious if the pinay members here in VJ are also college drop outs, which I think may not be true. I guess there are many pinays, who are here in america, are educated and even college/masters degree holder.

If you are a college/masters degree holder, you're invited to join in this thread and be counted. This is just for fun. You deserve to be recognized! :star:
